A ranar 9 ga Maris, Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ya kafa Kwamitin Shugaban Kasa don shawo kan cutar a kasar.[7][8]

A ranar 10 ga Maris, Kamfanin Jiragen Sama na Turkish Airlines ya soke dukkan zirga -zirgar jiragensa zuwa Najeriya sakamakon barkewar cutar.[9]
