Harin bom a filin wasan ƙwallo ƙafa, a Najeriya

Da yammacin ranar 1 ga watan Yunin 2014, an tayar da bama-bamai a wani filin wasan kwallon kafa da ke birnin Mubi a jihar Adamawa a Najeriya. Aƙalla mutane 40 ne suka mutu a harin, kamar yadda shaidun gani da ido suka bayyana.[1] Wasu 19 kuma sun jikkata.[2] Ba a bayyana waɗanda suka kai harin ba, kodayake rahotannin ƙafafen yaɗa labarai na zargin kungiyar Boko Haram.[1]

Birnin Mubi na da nisan mil daga kan iyakar Kamaru da Najeriya. Birnin na ɗaya daga cikin garuruwa uku a arewa maso gabashin Najeriya da ke ƙarƙashin dokar ta baci sama da shekara guda. Duk da haka, hare-haren da ƴan ƙungiyar Boko Haram suka kai jihar Adamawa sun hada da kisan kiyashi a Mubi a shekarar 2012, 2014, 2017 da 2018.[1]

Boko Haram ƙungiya ce ta ƴan ta'adda da ke adawa da abin da suka ɗauka a matsayin (Westernization)-al'adun turawan yamma, a Najeriya, wanda a cewarsu shi ne tushen aikata laifuka a ƙasar.[3] Dubban mutane ne aka kashe a hare-haren da ƙungiyar ta kai, kuma gwamnatin Tarayyar Najeriya ta kafa dokar ta ɓaci a watan Mayun 2013 a jihar Borno a yaƙin da take yi da ƴan tada kayar bayan.[4] Harwayau sakamakon murƙushe ƴan ta’addan, ya kasa daidaita ƙasar mai yawan mutane fiye da ko wace ƙasa a nahiyar Afirka.[5][6]

Hare-haren Boko Haram sun tsananta a shekarar 2014. A watan Fabrairu, ƙungiyar ta kashe Kiristoci fiye da 100 a ƙauyukan Baga, Borno da Izghe, Borno.[5] Haka kuma a cikin watan Fabrairu, an kashe yara maza 59 a harin da aka kai a Kwalejin Gwamnatin Tarayya a Jihar Yobe.[7] A watan Afrilun 2014, ƙungiyar ta yi garkuwa da ‘yan matan makaranta sama da 200 a rana guda da wani harin bam da aka kai a Abuja ya kashe aƙalla mutane 88.[8] A tsakiyar watan Afrilu, an zargi Boko Haram da haddasa mutuwar mutane kusan 4,000 a shekarar 2014.[5] An kashe aƙalla ƙarin wasu mutane 500 tun daga lokacin.[9]

Bayan sace mutane, hankalin duniya kan lamarin ya tsananta sosai. Amurka, Ingila, Faransa, da sauran ƙasasheSamfuri:Specify sun bada tallafin kuɗi da/ko tallafin soja don yaƙar Boko Haram.Duk da haka, an ci gaba da kai hare-hare.[1] A ranar 20 ga Mayu, 2014, mutane 118 ne suka mutu a wani harin bam da aka kai a Jos. Washegari, an kashe mutane goma sha biyu a wani samame da aka kai, a wani ƙauye.[10]

Da misalin karfe 6:30 na yamma agogon ƙasar (17:30 UTC), bam ya tashi a lokacin da ƴan kallo ke barin filin wasan kwallon kafa a Kabang, Mubi.[1] Shaguna da dama sun lalace a fashewar.[ana buƙatar hujja] Wani wanda ya tsira daga harin, ya bayyana wurin da lamarin ya faru: "Bayan hayaniyar, na tashi tsaye ga jini a jikina, amma na gane cewa na yi sa'a da rauni kawai na ji, akan waɗanda su ka wargaje ɓalli-ɓalli."[2]

A cewar wani wanda lamarin ya faru a gaban idanunsa, fashewar ta faeu ne daga cikin taron jama'a da ke tafiya a kan hanyarsu ta komawa gida, wataƙila harin na wani ɗan ƙuna baƙin wake ne.[1] Sai dai wasu shaidun gani da ido sun ce wata mota ce ta kai abubuwan fashewar.[11] A karshen makon da ya gabata ma an yi yunƙurin kai irin wannan hari a filin wasan kwallon ƙafa da ke birnin Jos, amma ɗan ƙuna baƙin waken ya tayar da bam ɗin kafin ya kai ga inda ake so a kai harin.[9]

Rahotannin farko sun ce mutane 14 ne suka mutu a harin inda 12 suka jikkata.[9] Adadin waɗanda suka mutu a hukumance ya kai 18 tare da jikkata 19 a washegari.[2] Sai dai adadin waɗanda suka mutu ya zarta haka a cewar mazauna yankin. Wata ma’aikaciyar jinya ta ce, ɗakin ajiye gawarwaki a asibitin da ke yankin ya “cika matuƙa” da gawarwaki 40 ko sama da haka; wani ɗan sanda ya goyi bayan rahotonta. [1][2] Wani ganau da ya rasa ƴan uwa biyu ya ce kimanin mutane 45 ne suka mutu.[2]

Wadanda ake zargi

Kafafen yada labarai sun yi gaggawar alaƙanta harin da ƙungiyar Boko Haram. Sai dai kuma yankin ya sha fama da tashe-tashen hankula da ba na Boko Haram ba a shekarun baya-bayan nan, don haka ba a san waɗanda suka kai harin ba.[1] A ranar 2 ga watan Yuni, sojoji sun kama wani da ake zargi da suka kewaye birnin, kuma ana fatan ta silar sa a cafke waɗanda su ka aikata laifin.[12] Shaidun gani da ido sun bayyana ganin motar wanda ake zargin a wurin da bam ɗin ya tashi, kafin tashin bam ɗin.[11]

Ƴan siyasa da suka haɗa da gwamnan jihar Adamawa Murtala Nyako da kakakin majalisar dokokin jihar Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri sun bayyana harin a matsayin na dabbanci. Nyako ya ce gwamnati ta yi baƙin ciki da harin, amma ya yi kira ga ƴan ƙasar da su kwantar da hankalinsu su taimaka wajen gudanar da bincike. Sojoji sun yi wa garin kawanya a ƙoƙarin su na cafke waɗanda suka kai harin.[2]
