Arewa Consultative Forum
Ƙungiyar Kare Muradun Arewa (ACF) ne a siyasa da al'adu ƙungiyace daga shugabanni a Arewacin Najeriya an kafata a shekarar 2000 wanda tana da babban tasiri a cikin harkokin siyasar Arewa ( Arewa na nufin "Arewa" a Hausance, harshen farko na yankin. ) Filin taron magaji ne ga Majalisar Mutanen Arewa, wacce ta ruguje bayan juyin mulkin shekarar 1966.[1] ACF na da alaka da Ƙungiyar Arewa People's Congress (APC), kungiyar tsagera da aka kafa don kare muradun Hausa-Fulani a arewa.[2] Koyaya, dandalin ya himmatu ga aiwatar da dimokiradiyya a cikin tsarin mulkin Tarayya.[3]

Asali
gyara sasheƘungiyar ta samo asali ne daga wani taro da aka yi a ranar 7 ga Maris din shekara ta 2000 a Kaduna bisa ƙoƙarin Mai Alfarma Sarkin Musulmi, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido . Maƙasudin shine don tabbatar da haɗin kan shugabannin Arewa, suna aiki ta hanyar zaɓaɓɓu waɗanda za su sami ci gaba a yankin Arewa a cikin tsarin dimokiradiyya.[4] A watan Satumbar 2000, tsohon shugaban kasa Janar Yakubu Gowon ya amince ya zama shugaban kwamitin Shugabannin kungiyar.[5] Kungiyar ta naɗa wani Sufeto Janar na ‘yan sandan Najeriya mai ritaya, Alhaji Muhammadu Dikko Yusufu, a matsayin shugaban kungiyar.[6] ACF ta dogara ne da martabar ta ɗaya a matsayin mai fafutukar tabbatar da ra'ayin Musulmai Hausawa da Fulani, sai ACF ta nada Sunday Awoniyi, wani bayarbe Kirista a matsayin shugaban kwamitin amintattu a shekarar 2000, mukamin da ya rike har zuwa rasuwarsa a watan Nuwamban shekarar 2007.[7]
2000 - 2009
gyara sasheA ranar 8 ga watan Agustan shekarar 2001, ACF ta sanar da cewa ta kafa ƙungiyoyi uku da za su ziyarci jihohi 19 na Arewa da Abuja, waɗanda za su jagoranta karkashin jagorancin Shugaban Jam’iyyar All People Party (APP) Olusola Saraki, Shugaban ACF MD Yusufu da Laftanar Janar Jeremiah Useni . Manufar ita ce haɗuwa tare da tattauna manufofin da aka cimma tare da gwamnonin jihohi da sauran shugabannin. Ƙungiyar ta haɗu da kyakkyawar liyafa a Jos, Jihar Filato daga mambobin kungiyar Middle Belt Forum, wadanda ke ganin za a mayar da su saniyar ware a wani dandalin da ‘yan Arewa suka mamaye.
A watan Agusta na shekarar 2001, taron ya ba da shawarar cewa tsoffin Shugabannin ƙasa, Janar-Janar Muhammadu Buhari, Ibrahim Babangida da Abdulsalami Abubakar su kare kansu daga zargin da aka yi musu a Hukumar Binciken Kare Haƙƙin Dan-Adam, da ke zaune a Abuja, kuma suka ce ACF na gudanar da bincike mai zaman kansa.[8] A watan Disambar 2003, sabon shugaban ACF, Cif Sunday Awoniyi, ya ce dandalin zai yi kokarin shawo kan Buhari, Babangida da Mataimakin Shugaban Kasa, Atiku Abubakar su warware sabanin da ke tsakaninsu domin samun hadin kan shugabannin arewa.[9]
A watan Maris na shekara ta 2009, ACF ta nuna damuwarta kan tabarbarewar harkar kuɗi a harkar hada-hadar bankuna inda ta bukaci Babban Bankin Najeriya da ya ba da bayanai kan girma da asalin matsalar.[10]
Rikici kan rashin lafiyar Yar'adua
gyara sasheA ƙarshen shekarar 2009, rashin lafiyar Shugaba Umaru 'Yar'Adua, Shugaban Arewa na farko a Jamhuriya ta huɗu ta Najeriya, da kuma yiwuwar mataimakinsa Goodluck Jonathan daga Kudu ya hau mulki ya zama batun da ake ta cece-kuce a kansa. A ranar 16 ga Disambar 2009, dandalin ya fitar da sanarwa inda ya nemi karin bayani game da lafiyar Shugaban, kuma ya ce idan batun gado ya taso ya kamata a warware shi kamar yadda tsarin mulki ya tanada.[3] Daga baya a waccan watan, ACF ta yi kira ga Shugaban ƙasar, sannan kuma aka kwantar da shi a Saudiyya, a hukumance ya fito da wata wasiƙa da za ta ba Mataimakin Shugaban Kasa damar yin aiki ba tare da shi ba.[11]
A watan Janairun shekarar 2010, tsohon sakataren ACF, kanar mai ritaya Umaru Ali, ya nemi shugaban ya yi murabus domin mataimakinsa ya samu damar.[12] A watan Fabrairun 2010, ACF ta ce babu makawa Yar'adua ya mika mulki ga Jonathan.[13] Alhaji Tanko Yakasai, tsohon jami’in tuntuba ga Shugaba Shehu Shagari kuma mamba a kafa, ya bar ACF saboda bayanin dandalin.[14]
Alhaji Tanko Yakassai tun daga lokacin ya koma ACF a matsayin memba na Kwamitin Amintattun ta kuma yana taka rawar gani a ƙungiyar.
2010 zuwa
gyara sasheA watan Maris 2010, da ACF ta ƙaryata wata sanarwa da kasar Libya shugaba Muammar Gaddafi wanda ya bada shawarar a a raba Najeriya saboda rikicin addini da sauran su, cewa ya kasance akwai bambancin addini da suke dashi a kasar.[15] ACF din ta yi Allah wadai da kashe-kashen baya-bayan nan da aka yi a Jihar Filato, wanda ya jawo kalaman na Gaddafi, tana mai bayyana su da "rashin hankali"[16] A waccan watan ne ACF ta kafa Kwamitin Siyasa ƙarƙashin jagorancin tsohon ƙaramin Ministan Makamashi da Karafa, Mohammed Ahmed Gusau. Burin kwamitin shi ne saita ajandar ACF gabanin zaɓen 2011.[17]
