Olufunmilayo Aduni Olayinka, Mai suna Famuagun (An haife ta a ranar ashirin 20 ga watan Yuni shekarar alif dubu daya da dari tara da sittin1960 - ta mutu ranar 6 ga watan Afrilun shekarar dubu biyu da sha ukku 2013), ta kasance ma'aikaciyar banki ce a Nijeriya. kuma 'yar siyasa ce wadda ta yi aiki a matsayin mataimakiyar gwamnan jihar Ekiti. An haifi Olayinka a Ado-Ekiti dake jihar Ekiti.[5] Ta halarci makarantar Holy Trinity Grammar School Ibadan inda ta samu takardar shedar kammala karatun ta na farko da sakamako mai kyau. Daga nan sai ta zarce zuwa makarantar sakandaren Olivet Baptist, a jihar Oyo, Nijeriya inda ta samu takardar shedar kammala makarantar sakandare (HSC)[6] Ta yi digiri na biyu a fannin Gudanar da Jama'a da kuma Kwalejin Kasuwanci daga Jami'ar Jihar ta Tsakiya, Wilberforce, Ohio ta Amurka a shekara ta (1981), zuwa shekara ta (1983), bi da bi.[7] Ta kasance sau uku tana lashe lambar girmamawa ta Dean.

Olayinka, wata masaniya ce kan harkokin kasuwanci da kuma tsara hikima a fannin kasuwanci da tallata haja a karkashin Bankin First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Ta yi aiki tare da First Bank daga shekara ta (1986). Daga baya kuma ta yi aiki a matsayin Manajan Dangantaka na Asusun Lura a Bankin Access, da rusasshen Kamfanin hada-hadar kasuwanci na Bankin [MBC] da United Bank for Africa PLC (UBA).

A watan Agusta shekarar (2002), ta fara aiki a cikin Kamfanin Sadarwa na Kamfanin, sannan ta cigaba da shugabantar Sashen Harkokin Kasuwanci, Bankin United na Afirka. Daga baya ta zama Shugaban, Manajan Gudanarwa da Harkokin Kasuwanci, wanda hakan ke jagorantar kungiyar dake da alhakin isar da wata sanarwa mai gamsarwa da kuma sake sanya sunan Bankin Hadin Kan na Afirka wanda ya taimaka wajen fitar da dabarun kasuwancin bankin da karin darajar zuwa jimlar hoton.[8]

Olayinka ta kuma kasance Mataimakin Shugaban kungiyar na( 2), na kungiyar Manajan Banki tsakanin shekara ta(2002), da shekara ta (2004).[9]

Olayinka ta taka muhimmiyar rawa a yayin hadewar hadadden bankin United Bank for Africa & Standard Trust inda ta shugabanci karamin kwamiti. Ta kuma yi aiki a matsayin mamba a cikin alakan gungiyar Kwamitin Hulɗa da Media.

Har zuwa lokacin da aka zabe ta a matsayin Mataimakiyar Gwamnan Jihar Ekiti, ta kasance Shugabar Kula da Harkokin Kasuwanci, Ecobank Transatlantic Inc inda ta ke da alhakin sanar da ayyukan bankin ga jama'a, gudanar da hulda da Jama'a da kuma ba da martani ga gudanarwa kamar yadda ya shafi jimillar du

daukar hoton banki. Bugu da kari, ta kuma lura da Bangaren Sabis na Cikin Gida tare da daukar nauyin hada-hada gaba daya na ayyukan gudanarwa ga dukkan bankin.[10]

Bayan rikicin zaɓe da aka yi a lokacin zaben Gwamnoni na shekara ta (2007),[11] dan takarar Jam’iyyar PDP, an kaddamar da dan takara Segun Oni a matsayin wanda ya lashe zaben. Inda Olayinka tare da Kayode Fayemi suka nufi kotu don kalubalantar sahihancin sakamakon zaben. A ranar( 14), ga watan Oktoba shekara ta (2010), bayan an kwashe tsawon shekaru uku da rabi ana sake gudanar da zaben da kuma daukaka kara a kotu, Kotun daukaka kara da ke zaune a Ilorin, Jihar Kwara, Najeriya ta kori tsohon Gwamna Segun Oni na Jam’iyyar Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) tare da ayyana Dakta Kayode Fayemi na jam'iyyar Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) a matsayin sabon gwamnan jihar Ekiti.[12] Bayan haka an rantsar da Misis Olufunmilayo Olayinka a matsayin mataimakiyar gwamnan jihar ta Ekiti saboda rawar da take takawa a yanzu a matsayin abokiyar takarar Dakta Kayode Fayemi a lokacin zaben gwamna na shekara ta (2007), Ita ce mace ta biyu a tarihin Jihar Ekiti da ta hau kujerar Mataimakin Gwamnan Jihar. Ta kasance memba na jam'iyyar Action Congress of Nigeria.[13]

Olayinka ta rasu da yammacin ranar 6, ga watan Afrilun shekara ta 2013, bayan doguwar fama da ta sha da cutar daji kuma an yi jana’izarta a Ado-Ekiti.[14]

Olayinka ta kasance mai bin addinin kiristanci, ta rasu ta bar tsohuwar mahaifiyarta, da kuma mijinta da kuma 'ya'ya uku.[15]
