Najeriya ita ce jamhuriya ta tarayya a Afirka ta Yamma, tana iyaka da Benin a yamma, Chadi da Kamaru a gabas, da kuma Nijar a arewa. As of 2015[update] Najeriya ita ce ƙasa da tafi 20 mafi ƙarfin tattalin arziki a fadin duniya, wanda ta mallaki fiye da dala biliyan 500 da dala tiriliyan 1 dangane da GDP da kuma ikon mallakar sayen bi da bi. Ta mamaye Afirka ta Kudu ya zama mafi girma a Afirka a cikin 2014. Yawan bashin-zuwa-GDP na 2013 ya kasance 11 bisa dari.
