Abubakar Gumi
Sheikh Abubakar Mahmud Gumi (an haife shi a shekara 1962 –zuwa shekarar 1992)[1] malamin Addinin Musulunci ne ɗan Najeriya kuma alkalin alƙalai na yankin Arewacin Najeriya, matsayin da ya sanya shi zama cibiyar tafsirin tsarin shari’a a yankin. Ya kasance na kusa da Ahmadu Bello, Firimiyan Arewa a shekarun alif 1950 zuwa 1960 kuma ya zama Grand Khadi a shekarata 1967, Kafin a soke wannan mukamin daga baya.

Gumi ya fito a matsayin shugaba mai faɗa a ji a lokacin mulkin mallaka, inda yake ganin tsarin mulkin kai tsaye ya raunana ƙarfin addini na sarakuna da kuma karfafa Turawan Yamma.
Tun daga shekarun alif 1960 ne ake samun rigingimu tsakanin jama’a tsakaninsa da shugabannin ‘yan’uwantakar Sufaye, waɗanda daga baya ya yi muhawara a shirye-shiryen talabijin a shekarun alif 1970 zuwa shekarata alif 1980. A wannan lokacin ya ci gaba da maida hankalinsa wajen gudanar da tarukan juma'a a cikin babban masallacin Kaduna (Masallacin Sultan Bello). Ya yi amfani da zaman wajen Farfado da sukar da ya ke yi wa hukumomi bisa ga ra'ayinsa na koma baya ga tsarin tushen ko kuma bukatar rungumar aikin tsafta na Musulunci. Ya kuma yi suka da kakkausar murya kan shigar sufanci.
Yana da ’ya’ya da yawa, daga ciki akwai Dr. Ahmad Abubakar Gumi wanda ya gaji mahaifinsa a matsayin malamin babban masallacin Kaduna (Sultan Bello), Dakta Ahmad Gumi kwararren likita ne daga Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello Zariya. kuma tsohon hafsan soji ne, ya bar aikin soja, ya yi tattaki zuwa jami'ar umm al-Qura da ke Makkah, ƙasar Saudiyya inda ya yi karatun digirin digirgir (PhD).
Gumi mabiyin mazhabar malikiyya ne, wannan ya samo asali ne ta hanyar rubuce-rubucensa da suka haɗa da tafsirin alkur'ani (Raddul azhaan ila ma'anil kur'an).

gyara sasheYa yi karatu da rubuce-rubuce a kan addinin musulunci sosai, ya fassara Qur'ani zuwa harshen Hausa, kuma shi ne mutum na farko daya rubuta tarjama wato fassarar ɗai-ɗaikun ayoyin dake Alkur'ani.[2] Hakan ne ya sa ya samu nasarar samun kyautar Sarki Faisal(King Faisal Award), daga ƙasar saudiya. Malamin dai ya kasance babban aboki kuma mai ba wa Firimiya Ahmadu Bello sardaunan Sakkwato shawara. Shi ne mahaifin Dakta Shaykh Ahmad Gumi.

A farkon shekara ta 1960 an samu barkewar rikici tsakanin sa da malaman sufaye wanda daga baya rikicin ya koma muhawara a gidajen rediyo da talabijin a shekarun 1970 zuwa shekara ta 1980.[3] Ya riƙa amfani da ranakun Juma'a a matsayin lokutan yada akidunsa a babban masallacin Juma'a na Kaduna mai suna Masallacin Sultan Bello.

Kuma tsohon jami'in sojin Nijeriya ne, ya bar aikin soja inda ya tafi zuwa ƙasar Saudiyya domin karanta ilimin fikihu, a jami'ar Ummul Quraa da ke birnin Makka inda ya samu shaidar digirin digir-gir.[4]
