Tapalapa (biredi)
Tapalapa burodi ne na gargajiya na Yammacin Afirka wanda ya samo asali ne daga Senegal wanda ya dogara da baguette na Faransa, kodayake ya ɗan ƙarami, kuma ana gasa shi a cikin babban tanda na gargajiya na katako da aka yi da tubali na laka.[1] Tapalapa yana da wuyar samu a cikin manyan birane a Senegal, saboda waɗannan murhun kone itace ba bisa ka'ida ba ne a cikin biranen da ke da mazauna 10,000, amma ya zama ruwan dare a ƙananan garuruwa da ƙauyuka.[2] Ana cin Tapalapa galibi a Senegal, Mauritania, Gambiya da Guinea.
