Dokta Juldeh Jalloh ta samu digiri na farko a fannin kimiyyar siyasa daga Kwalejin Fourah Bay, sannan kuma ta yi digiri na biyu a kimiyyar siyasa daga Jami’ar Ibadan da ke Ibadan, Najeriya ; da digirin digirgir daga jami’ar Bordeaux a Bordeaux, Faransa.[1] Jalloh ya kware a cikin harsuna da yawa ciki har da Ingilishi da Faransanci.

Jalloh masanin kimiyyar siyasa ne ta hanyar sana'a, ya fara aiki da Majalisar Dinkin Duniya a shekarar 2000, lokacin da yake jami'in shirye-shirye a ofishin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya a Kosovo . Ya kuma taɓa zama memba a kwamitin manyan masu ba da shawara a ofishin tabbatar da sulhu na Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya a Mali da yankin Sahel.

An naɗa shi a matsayin abokin takarar shugaban ƙasa na Julius Maada Bio a babban zaben ƙasar Saliyo na shekarar 2018,[2] wanda suka lashe a zagaye na biyu.[3]

Juldeh Jalloh Musulmi ne mai ibada, sannan kuma an haife shi kuma ya girma a Koidu, Gundumar Kono a gabashin Saliyo. Shi dan kabilar Fula ne.
