Dauda Soroye Adegbenro (an haife shekara ta alif ɗari tara da tara 1909-ya rasu a shekara ta alif ɗari 1975) ɗan siyasar Najeriya ne, shugaban jam'iyyar Action Group (AG) na ƙasa kuma ministan ƙasa da ƙwadago. Mutanensa ne a Abeokuta suka girmama shi, inda suka ba shi sarautar Balogun na Owu Egba da Ekerin na Egbaland.[1]

An haife shi a shekara ta alif ɗari tara da tara 1909 a Ago-Owu, Abeokuta, Jihar Ogun.[2] Dauda Soroye Adegbenro ya halarci makarantar African School da ke Owowo inda ya yi karatun firamare kafin ya wuce makarantar sakandare ta Baptist Boys da ke Abeokuta da kuma Abeokuta Grammar School don yin karatunsa na sakandare.

Ya fara aikinsa da Kamfanin Railway na Najeriya a matsayin magatakarda daga shekarar alif ɗari tara da talatin 1930 zuwa shekarar alif ɗari tara da talatin da bakwai 1937.[3] Bayan haka, ya yi aiki a matsayin mai ajiya tare da Kamfanin United African Company.

Adegbenro bai shiga siyasa mai fafutuka ba sai a cikin shekarun 1940. Daga nan ne ya shiga sahun Awolowo da Akintola da sauransu wajen ƙaddamar da jam’iyyar Action Group a cikin watan Afrilun 1951. Jam'iyyar ta tsaya takara a zaɓen shekarar 1951 zuwa majalisar dokokin yankin yamma amma ya rasa mafi yawan kujerun majalisar wakilan Najeriya da na Kamaru (NCNC) wanda Adegoke Adelabu ya jagoranta a yankin.[4] Duk da cewa sakamakon zaɓen ya fifita jam’iyyar NCNC, amma ficewar da aka yi bayan zaɓen ya baiwa AG rinjaye.

Adegbenro, duk da haka, an zaɓe shi cikin sauƙi saboda farin jininsa a siyasar yankin Egba. Ba da daɗewa ba, majalisar yankin ta zaɓe shi a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin wakilanta a majalisar wakilai ta tarayya da ke Legas. Ya koma Majalisar Dokoki ta Yamma a shekara ta 1954 inda ya zama Sirri na Majalisa ga Ministan Shari’a sannan ya zama Ministan Ƙasa da Ƙwadago sannan ya zama Ministan Ƙananan Hukumomi. Ya kasance mai iyawa, amintacce kuma mai iya magana. Ya ƙulla alaƙa ta ƙut-da-ƙut da jam’iyyarsa da shugabannin gwamnati, musamman Cif Awolowo wanda ya kasance Firimiyan Yankin a lokacin. Ya kasance mai sadaukar da kai ga Babban Hakimin ko da lokacin da ya koma jirgin ƙasa a matsayinsa na Shugaban ƴan adawa a Majalisar Wakilai ta Tarayya.

Bayan Rikicin Action Group da ya jefa Yammacin Najeriya cikin rikicin siyasa da ya dabaibaye yankin baki ɗaya, an dakatar da Adegbenro daga muƙaminsa a juyin mulkin da sojoji suka yi a cikin shekarar 1966. Ya jagoranci Action Group lokacin da aka ɗaure Awolowo da wasu shugabannin jam’iyyar.

A lokacin yaƙin basasar Najeriya, ya kasance ministan kasuwanci da masana'antu. Ya fice daga siyasa a shekara ta 1971. Ya mutu a shekara ta 1975.
