Abincin Hausawa Su ne kayan sarrafa abinci na gargajiya dana zamani wadanda Hausawa ke shirya su, kuma sun ta'allaka ne a kan samuwar danyen kayan abinci wanda aka noma, ko samar da su daga wasu wurare, a mafi yawan lokuta Hausawa suna dogaro ne kacokan a kan kayan gonar da suka noma, wanda ake amfani da su don shirye-shiryen abinci. [1] Hausawa suna da abincin da ya saba wa yawancin al'ummomin Zongo da ake kira (Tuo Zaafi).[2]

Kosai wani abinci ne wanda ake yinsa daga ɗanyen wake, wanda aka yi shi cikin ƙullu, sannan kuma a soya shi a kaskon mai,[3][4] yayin da koko ya kasance wani tsohon abincin gargajiya na Hausa wanda ake yi da gero ko masara. - Koko: Ana yin sa ne da gasara wadda ake samu daga nikakken gero.
- Kunun tsamiya: Ana yin sa ne daga gero, sa'annan ana jiƙa tsamiya a zuba a ciki don ya bayar da dandanon tsami.
- Kunun gyada: Ana yin sa ne daga niƙakƙiyar gyada, wasu suna sa garin fulawa da shinkafa a ciki.
- Kunun dawa: Ana yin sa ne da dawa.
- Kunun Alkama: ana yin kunun alkama daga alkama shi ma kunu ne, mai dan karen daɗi.
- Kunun acca: Ana yin sa ne daga acca.
- Kunun masara: Ana yin shi ne daga masara.
- Kunun aya: Wannan abin sha ne da aka yi daga aya "Tigernut". [6]
- Kunun kanwa: An yi daga gero amma ya sha bamban da kunun tsamiya.

- Kofi (coffee) da Gurasa : a wannan zamani, Hausawa suna ɗaukar kofi da burodi a matsayin karin kumallo, ba ya cikin al'adunsu, amma an ɗauke shi ne sakamakon wayewar Turawan Ingila.
