Abinci na Maroko (Arabic) shine Abincin Moroko, wanda aka haɓaka ta hanyar hulɗa da musayar tare da al'adu da kasashe da yawa a cikin ƙarni.[1] Abincin Moroko yawanci cakuda ne na Larabawa, Berber, Andalusi, da kuma abincin Bahar Rum, tare da ƙananan tasirin Turai (Faransanci da Mutanen Espanya) da kuma yankin Sahara. Kamar sauran Abincin Maghrebi, abincin Moroko yana da alaƙa da Abincin Gabas ta Tsakiya fiye da sauran yankunan Afirka.

Moroko tana samar da 'ya'yan itace da kayan lambu masu yawa na Bahar Rum, da kuma kayayyakin wurare masu zafi kamar kwari. Naman da aka saba da shi sun hada da naman sa, awaki, ragon da ɗan rago, wanda, tare da kaza da abincin teku, suna aiki a matsayin tushe don abinci. Abubuwan da ke da ɗanɗano sun haɗa da lemun tsami, man argan, man shanu da aka adana (smen), Man zaitun, da busassun 'ya'yan itatuwa.

Babban abincin Maroko da aka fi sani da shi shine couscous; Ɗan rago shine nama da aka fi cinyewa a Maroko, yawanci ana cinye shi a cikin tagine tare da zaɓi mai yawa na kayan lambu. A kasuwannin kifi na Maroko, mutum na iya samun sole, swordfish, tuna, turbot, mackerel, shrimp, conger eel, skate, red snapper, spider crab, lobster da kuma nau'ikan mollusks.

A cikin abincin Maroko, ana haɗa abincin teku a cikin, da sauransu, tajines, <i id="mwARQ">bastilla</i>, briouat, da paella.

Sayar da abinci mai sauri a kan titi ya daɗe yana da al'ada, kuma misali mafi kyau shine filin Djemaa el Fna a Marrakech.
