Bissara, Bessara, besarah, bayssara , bayssar da tamarakt (Arabic) abinci ne a cikin Abincin Masar da na Maroko. Abincin ya ƙunshi wake, albasa, tafarnuwa, sabbin kayan ƙanshi da kayan yaji. Dukkanin sinadaran ana dafa su a hankali sannan a haɗa su tare don samar da creamy da ƙanshi mai ƙanshi ko kuma abincin gefe.

A cikin Abincin Yahudawa na dā, ana cinye irin wannan abincin, wanda aka sani da "mikpah ful" a cikin wallafe-wallafen malamai.

Masana tarihin abinci sun yi imanin cewa sunan Bissara ya samo asali ne daga kalmar tsohuwar Masar "Bisourou" (ko bissouro), wanda ke nufin "ya'yan itace da aka dafa".
