Harira
Harira (al-Harira) miyar gargajiya ce ta Arewacin Afirka da aka shirya a Maroko da Aljeriya. [1] [2] Harira na Aljeriya ya sha bamban da harira na Moroko a cikin cewa harira ta Aljeriya ba ta ɗauke da lentil. Ta shahara a matsayin mai farawa amma kuma ana ci da kansa azaman abun ciye-ciye mai sauƙi. Akwai bambance-bambancen da yawa kuma galibi ana yin ta a cikin Ramadan, kodayake ana iya yin ta a duk shekara.
