M'semen, msemen (Larabci: مسمن msamman, musamman) ko rghaif, biredi ne na gargajiya wanda ya samo asali daga Maghreb, wanda akafi samu a Aljeriya,[1] Maroko,[2] da Tunisiya.[3] Yawancin lokaci ana ba da ita da zuma ko kofi na shayi na mint na safe ko kofi. Ana iya cika maniyyi da nama (khlea) ko albasa da tumatir.

Akwai nau'ikan nau'ikan da ake yin su ta hanyar ja da kullu a cikin igiyoyi da yin faifai da ake kira malwi a Arewa maso yammacin Afirka. Hakanan yana kama da sabaayah na Somaliya.

Girke-girke yana amfani da gari, durum alkama semolina, busassun yisti, man shanu mai narkewa, gishiri, sukari da ruwa kadan. Ana gauraye waɗannan da kyau tare cikin cakuda kullu mai santsi. Ana yanka kullu a cikin ƙwallo da yawa, sannan a narkar da su a kan wani wuri mai mai sannan a ninka a cikin pancakes mai murabba'i.
