[4] [5][3]Ya koma Mujallar Newswatch a shekarar 1984, anan ya dauki matsayin babban ma'aikacin gudanarwa na farko tare da Dele Giwa da Ray Ekpu, [4] daga ƙarshe ya hau muƙamin Shugaban Bincike. Bayan kammala aikinsa a cikin 1991, sa'annan ya ɗauki matsayin mai ba da shawara a kan laburare a cikin Newswatch, inda daga baya ya zama editan Newswatch na bikin "Wane ne Wane a Najeriya."[6]
A tsakanin shekarar 1999 zuwa 2007, Mista Osso ya yi aiki a matsayin mataimaki na musamman ga tsohon shugaban kasa Olusegun Obasanjo a fannin Laburare, Bincike da kuma hadehaden Takardu.[7][8] A shekarar 2007, a karshen mulkin mai gidansa, ya zama Babban Sakatare kuma Kodinetan Ayyuka na Gidauniyar Dakin karatun shugaban ƙasa Olusegun Obasanjo (OOPLF).[9] Zamansa a OOPLF ya kare a watan Maris 2013.
