Idris Ibrahim Kuta (Haihuwa: 1 ga watan Oktoban shekara ta alif ɗari tara da arbain da biyu 1942 – Rasuwa: 1 ga watan Maris din shekarar 2008) an zabe shi Sanata ne a mazabar Neja ta Gabas ta Jihar Neja, Najeriya a farkon Jamhuriya ta huɗu ta Nijeriya, dan Jam’iyyar Democratic Party (PDP) ne. Ya hau mulki a ranar 29 ga Mayun shekarata 1999.

An haifi Kuta a ranar 1 ga Oktoban a shekarar 1942 a Minna, Jihar Neja. Ya cancanci zama Kwararren Malami kuma ya yi aiki a Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello, Zariya. Ya yi aiki a matsayin Kwamishinan Lafiya da Kwamishinan Kasuwanci a Jihar Neja daga shekarata 1976. Ya kasance Sakatare kuma ya taba zama shugaban kungiyar Polo ta Nijeriya sau biyu, sannan ya hau kuma ya dauki nauyin babbar kungiyar kwallon kafa ta Kaduna Stable polo. Kuta ya kasance mataimakin kakakin majalisar wakilai a Jamhuriya ta biyu ta Najeriya daga 1979 zuwa 1983. Ya yi aiki na ɗan lokaci a matsayin Ministan Ma’adanai da Karafa a shekarar 1983.

Ya kuma yi aiki a matsayin Sanata a Jamhuriya ta Uku ta Najeriya a karkashin babban taron Jam’iyyar na Kasa har zuwa shekarar 1993. Bayan ya hau kujerarsa a majalisar dattijai a watan Yunin 1999, an nada shi a kwamitocin Dokoki da Tsarin Mulki, Shugaban Jiragen Sama, Shugaban Kwamiti, Ayyuka (Shugaban Kwamitin), Banki da Kudi, Harkokin Kasashen Waje, Noma da Bayar da Kyauta. An kuma sake zaben shi a 2003, amma a 2007 ya fadi a zaben fidda gwani na PDP ga Dahiru Awaisu Kuta, wanda aka ci gaba da zabarsa. Kuta ya mutu ranar 1 ga Maris na shekara 2008 a gidansa da ke Abuja, kuma an binne shi a Minna .
