Birgediya Janar (mai ritaya) Danladi Mohammed Zakari shi ne Shugaban Gudanar da Soja na farko na Jihar Kogi, Nijeriya bayan an kirkiro ta a watan Agustan shekara ta 1991 daga wasu sassan jihohin Benuwai da Kwara . Ya rike ofis daga watan Agustan shekara ta 1991 zuwa watan Janairun shekara ta 1992 a lokacin mulkin soja na Janar Ibrahim Babangida, yana mikawa zaɓaɓɓen gwamna Abubakar Audu a farkon Jamhuriya ta Uku ta Najeriya .

Dole Zakari ya gaggauta kafa tsarin gudanarwa tun daga tushe, ya ƙirƙiro ma'aikatun shari'a, Ayyuka, Lafiya, Noma, Ilimi da Kudi, da hukumomi irin su hukumar kula da kananan hukumomi, bangaren shari'a da hukumar jin dadin mahajjata musulmai. Ya kuma kafa wani kwamiti wanda Ohinoyi na Ebiraland ke jagoranta don kirkiro da tsarin bunkasa tattalin arzikin jihar. Ba a yi komai don fahimtar wannan shirin ba daga magadansa. A ranar 16 ga watan Disambar shekara ta 1991, ya kafa aikin bunƙasa aikin gona na Kogi, a ci gaba da shirye-shirye daga jihohin Benuwai da Kwara. Shirin ya kasance ne domin samarwa manoma tallafi a matsayin tallafi na shigar da kaya da kuma bunkasa ababen more rayuwa.[1][2][3][4][5]
