Ali Must Go
Zanga-zangar Ali Must Go ta shekarar 1978 ko Rikicin dalibai na shekarar 1978 dai zanga-zangar dalibai ne a Najeriya biyo bayan ƙarin kuɗaɗe-(na makaranta).[1] An bayyana zanga-zangar a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin tashin hankalin dalibai a Najeriya[2] kuma ya haifar da rikicin siyasa mafi girma na shekarar 1975-1979 a mulkin sojan Mohammed/Obasanjo.[3]

gyara sasheA lokacin mulkin soja na Olusegun Obasanjo, sakataren hukumar Jami’o’in Najeriya Dr. Jibril Aminu ya bayyana cewa saboda tsadar rayuwa a ƙasar ɗalibai za su fara biyan ƙarin kuɗaɗe.[4] A cewar hukumar Jami’o’in Najeriya, kuɗin karatu ya kasance ƙyauta ga duk wanda ya kammala karatun digiri, difloma da kuma daliban ilimin malamai. Duk da haka, za a ƙara kuɗin wurin kwanan dalibai-(hostel) zuwa ₦90 ga kowane ɗalibi a kowane tsawon zama na makonni 36 ko kuma ₦30 ga kowane ɗalibi a cikin zango na uku. Haka kuma ƙarin farashin tikitin cin abinci ya tashi daga ₦1.50 zuwa ₦2.00 wato ya ƙaru da kobo 50.[5] Shugaban Ƙungiyar dalibai ta Ƙasa (NUNS) a lokacin, Segun Okeowo, wanda dalibi ne a Jami’ar Legas, ya yi yunƙurin gyara sauye-sauyen da aka yi domin bai gamsar da daliban ba. Ɗaliban sun gudanar da tarurruka a Ilorin, Maiduguri, da Calabar kafin su yanke shawarar ɗaukar wani kwakkwaran mataki na ƙalubalantar gwamnatin soja kan ƙarin kuɗin.[1][2]
Baya ga kuɗaɗen, wani abin da ya tayar da hankalin ɗaliban shi ne yadda ake shan wahalar karatu a manyan makarantu saboda ƙarancin jami’o’in gwamnatin tarayya babu jami’o’i masu zaman kansu ko na jiha. Don haka ana ganin karatun sakandare a matsayin gata kuma gwamnatin tarayya ba za ta iya bawa yawan mutanen da ke neman gurbin karatu adimishan ba. Wannan tashin hankali da kuma ƙarin kuɗaɗe ya haifar da zanga-zangar.[4] An yi imanin cewa ministan ilimi na wancan lokacin, Ahmadu Ali, shi ne ke kan gaba wajen silar ƙarin kuɗaɗen, amma ya yi ƙoƙarin komawa majalisar koli ta soja yana mai nuni da cewa majalisar koli ta soja ce ta yi ƙarin, ba ma'aikatar ilimi ba. A sakamakon haka ne aka yi ta rera wakar ‘Ali Must Go’ a yayin zanga-zangar.[1][2]

Ƙauracewa karatun ya kasance na har abada,[6] amma ƙauracewa karatun ya yi tasiri ne kawai a ranar farko.[4] Da ɗaliban suka fahimci cewa gwamnati ba ta son cire ƙarin kudin, sai suka yi zanga-zanga a bainar jama'a.[1] Okeowo ya zaburar da dalibai a faɗin ƙasar tare da jawo hankalin al’umma kan halin da suke ciki. Manufofin zanga-zangar matsakaita zuwa dogon lokaci su ne abin da ya kamata a samar da dimokuradiyya, samun 'yancin kai na gaskiya da inganta rayuwar talakawa, da sauran buƙatu na dimokuradiyya.[6] An shiga rana ta biyu na zanga-zangar adawa da juna tsakanin ɗaliban da Jami’an ‘yan sandan Najeriya a Jami’ar Legas. Akintunde Ojo; Wani dalibin gine-gine a Jami’ar Legas an harbe shi a kafarsa har sai da ya zubar da jinin da yayi silar mutuwarsa[7] dalilin anƙi kulawa dashi a asibitin LUTH da Orthopedic Hospital, Igbobi. Dangane da abin da ya faru, Okeowo ya aika sako ga abokan aikinsa a Jami'ar Ibadan, Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello, Zariya da sauran Jami'o'in Tarayya. Zanga-zangar ta kara ta'azzara kuma ɗaliban sun yi fito-na-fito da jami'an sojin Najeriya da ma 'yan sanda. Kimanin ɗalibai 8 ne sojoji suka kashe a Zariya.[1][8] Ɗaliban sun ki yarda da janye zanga-zangar duk da tura sojoji da akayi. Zanga-zangar ba ta tsaya iya cikin harabar jami'o'in ba, wanda hakan haifar da fargaba da tashin hankali a tsakanin jama'ar.[9]

Duk da cewa haka bata cimma ruwa ba, amma zanga-zangar ‘Ali Must Go’ ta halasta karfin da ɗaliban Najeriya ke da shi, kamar yadda ta isar wa gwamnatin mulkin soja, da karfin da dalibai ke da shi na haɗa kai a faɗin ƙasar nan da kuma gudanar da tarzoma mai inganci da kuma tilasta musu sauyi. Har ila yau, zanga-zangar ta taimaka wajen ci gaba da gudanar da haɗin gwiwar dalibai a matsayin tattaunawa ta ƙasa.[1][9]

An kori Okeowo daga Jami’ar Legas saboda rawar da ya taka a zanga-zangar.[2] Sai dai ya kammala karatunsa a Jami'ar Ife ( Jami'ar Obafemi Awolowo a yanzu) bayan shekaru biyu da digirin farko a fannin ilimi.[9] Ya rasu ranar 28 ga Janairu, 2014 yana da shekaru 73 a duniya.[11]
