Ta yi digiri na biyu a fannin shari’ar kasa da kasa a Jami’ar Hertfordshire, Ingila. Bada shawarwarin nakasassu ya hada da bayar da gudummawa ga hangen nesan Najeriya game da batun nakasassu da "Dokar Nakasassu ta Jihar Legas". Ta wallafa littattafai guda uku.

Ajayi ita ce ta huɗu daga cikin yara biyar na iyalanta. Iyayenta sun yi jinkirin shigar da ita makaranta tun tana karama saboda nakasarta. Ta kasa zama, tsayawa ko tafiya. Karatun nata ya fara ne tun tana shekara uku kuma ta kammala karatun sakandire da na sakandare tare da karatun lauya a Najeriya kafin ta tafi kasar Ingila don samun digiri na biyu a fannin dokokin kasa da kasa daga Jami'ar Hertfordshire.[1]

Tun da farko a cikin aikinta ta yi aiki a Cibiyar Ba da agaji da Cibiyar Bincike da Kayan Ciki.[2] Ta ba da gudummawa ga hangen nesa na Nijeriya game da lamuran nakasassu kuma tana cikin ƙungiyar da ta tsara "Dokar Nakasassu ta Jihar Legas".[3] An ba ta lambar yabo ta Mandela Washington Fellowship a 2016.[4] Tun daga watan Janairun shekarar 2017 ta yi aiki a Benola Cerebral Palsy Initiatives. Ya zuwa watan Fabrairun 2018 ta gudanar da kungiyar "Bari CP Kids su Koyi", wanda ke inganta ilimin yaran Najeriya da ke fama da cutar kwakwalwa kuma tana ba da shawara da tallafi ga iyayensu.[5]
