Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism

Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism ( French: Parti Nigerien pour la Democratie et le Socialisme, PNDS-Tarayya) jam'iyyar siyasa ce a Nijar. Jam'iyya ce mai ra'ayin hagu,[1] wani ɓangare ne na Socialist International,[2] kuma tun 2011 take kan karagar mulki bayan zaɓen shugabanta Mahamadou Issoufou wanda ya daɗe yana mulki. Mohamed Bazoum shi ne shugaban jam'iyyar PNDS, kuma babban sakatarenta shine Foumakoye Gado.

Jamhuriya ta uku

An kafa jam'iyyar a ranar 23 ga watan Disamba shekara ta 1990,[4] ta lashe kujeru 13 daga cikin kujeru 83 na Majalisar Dokoki ta ƙasa a zaɓen 'yan majalisu na Fabrairu shekarar 1993.[5][6] biyar daga cikinsu an ci nasara a sashen gida na Issoufou na Sashen Tahoua. A zaɓen shugaban ƙasa da ya biyo baya, zaɓen shugaban ƙasa na jam'iyyu da yawa na farko, shugaban PNDS Mahamadou Issoufou, ya zo na uku da kashi 15.92% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa a zagayen farko.[5] A wani ɓangare na ƙawance da ake kira Alliance of the Forces of Change, jam'iyyar PNDS ta goyi bayan Mahamane Ousmane na jam'iyyar CDS a zagaye na biyu, inda Ousmane ya doke Tandja Mamadou na jam'iyyar National Movement for the Development of Society (MNSD). A majalisar dokokin ƙasar, jam'iyyar PNDS ta zama wani ɓangare na jam'iyyar AFC mai rinjaye, kuma Issoufou ya zama Firayim Minista.[6]

A cikin wata doka da aka bayar a ranar 21 ga watan Satumban shekara ta 1994, Ousmane ya ƙarfafa ikonsa ta hanyar amfani da na Firayim Minista, kuma Issoufou ya yi murabus a ranar 28 ga watan Satumba. Jam’iyyar PNDS dai ba ta so ta gabatar da wani ɗan takara da zai maye gurbin Issoufou ya fice daga jam’iyyar AFC, wanda hakan ya sa jam’iyyar ta AFC ta samu rinjaye a majalisar. Daga nan ne jam'iyyar PNDS ta ƙulla ƙawance da jam'iyyar adawa ta MNSD duk da tarihin ƙiyayya da jam'iyyar; An kori Adji Kirgam da Mazou Ibrahim, shugabannin PNDS biyu da ke adawa da wannan ƙawancen daga jam’iyyar.[6]

Rashin rinjayen jam'iyyar AFC ya kai ga fara zaɓen 'yan majalisar dokoki a watan Janairun shekarar 1995, wanda jam'iyyar PNDS ta samu kujeru 12 sannan ƙawancen MNSD-PNDS tare da wasu ƙananan kungiyoyi biyu suka samu rinjayen kujeru a majalisar dokokin ƙasar. Hama Amadou na jam'iyyar MNSD ya zama Firaminista yayin da Issoufou ya zama shugaban majalisar dokokin ƙasar. Wannan lamari dai ya haɗa da zaman tare tsakanin sabuwar gwamnati da shugaba Ousmane, kuma gamuwa mai tsanani ta shiga tsakaninsu. A watan Janairun shekarar 1996, sojoji ƙarƙashin Ibrahim Bare Mainassara suka ƙwace mulki a wani juyin mulki.[6]

Mulkin Soja da Jamhuriya ta Huɗu

A zaɓen shugaban ƙasa da aka gudanar a watan Yulin shekarar 1996 da Mainassara ya lashe a zagayen farko, ɗan takarar jam'iyyar PNDS Issoufou a hukumance ya zo na huɗu da kashi 7.60% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa.[5] Tare da sauran jam'iyyun adawa, waɗanda aka haɗa tare a matsayin Front for the Restoration and Defence of Democracy, PNDS ta ƙauracewa zaɓen 'yan majalisa na Nuwamba shekara ta 1996.[7]

Jamhuriya ta biyar

Bayan wani juyin mulkin da aka yi a watan Afrilun Shekara ta 1999, Issoufou ya zo na biyu a zagayen farko na takarar shugaban ƙasa a babban zaɓen da aka gudanar a ƙarshen shekarar, inda ya samu kashi 22.79% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa. A zagaye na biyu ya samu kashi 40.11% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa kuma Tandja ya doke shi. A zaɓen 'yan majalisar dokoki, jam'iyyar PNDS ta samu kujeru 16 daga cikin kujeru 83 na majalisar dokokin ƙasar,[5][8] ta zama babbar jam'iyyar adawa.

A babban zaɓen shekara ta 2004, Issoufou ya sake zama ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa na jam'iyyar. Ya zo na biyu a zagayen farko na zaɓen da kashi 24.6% na ƙuri’un, kuma Tandja ya sake kayar da shi a zagaye na biyu. A zaɓen 'yan majalisar dokoki, jam'iyyar PNDS ta samu kashi 13.4% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa kuma ta samu kujeru 17 daga cikin 113; Kujeru takwas ne ƙawancen jam'iyyar PNDS tare da jam'iyyar Progressive Party - African Democratic Rally, Nigerien self-Management Party , da Union of Independent Nigerien da kuma Union for Democracy and the Republic.

Jam'iyyar ta fafata a zaɓen Shekarar 2011, inda Issoufou ya zama shugaban ƙasa a zagaye na biyu, inda ya doke Seyni Oumarou na jam'iyyar MNSD, yayin da ta zama jam'iyya mafi girma a majalisar dokokin ƙasar, inda ta samu kujeru 34 daga cikin 113. An sake zaɓen Issoufou a zaɓen shekara ta 2016 a daidai lokacin da abokin hamayyarsa Hama Amadou ya ƙauracewa zaɓen zagaye na biyu. Jam'iyyar PNDS ta ci gaba da riƙe matsayinta na jam'iyya mafi girma a majalisar dokokin ƙasar, inda ta samu kujeru 75 a cikin kujeru 171 da aka faɗaɗa.
