Masarautar Karaye masarauta ce a jihar Kano mai hedikwata a garin Ƙaraye. Sarkin Ƙaraye na yanzu shine Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar II.[1][2][3]

gyara sasheGarin Ƙaraye hedikwatar masarautar Ƙaraye ce kuma tana yammacin birnin Kano. Tun kafin zuwan Bagauda a shekarar 999, Magurguji ke zaune a Karaye. An kafa garin Ƙaraye a shekara ta 1085. Daga shekarar 1101 zuwa 1793, sarakunan Habe sun yi sarautar Ƙaraye. A zamanin sarakunan Habe, masarautar Karaye ta kara faɗaɗa zuwa yankin Yamma da Arewacin Jihar Kano da ke yanzu.[4]

A wancan lokacin gwamnatin Kano ta dawo da sabuwar Masarautar Karaye.[6][7][8][9] Masarautar Ƙaraye ta ƙunshi ƙananan hukumomi takwas na jihar Kano, Karaye, Rogo, Gwarzo, Kabo, Rimin Gado, Madobi, Kiru da Shanono.[10]
