AAishatu Madawaki, OFR wata malama ce kuma ƴar siyasa a Nijeriya. Ita ce mace ta farko farfesa daga tsofaffin jihohin khalifancin na Sokoto (wanda ya hada da jihar Sakkwato a yanzu, jihar Zamfara da kuma jihar Kebbi ), yankin da Musulunci ya fi rinjaye a Arewacin Najeriya. A shekarar 1999, gwamnatin Attahiru Bafarawa ta naɗa ta kwamishinar harkokin mata da cigaban al'umma. Madawaki kuma mai ba da shawara ce da wakiltar matan Najeriya a harkokin siyasa.[1][2]

An haifeta a birnin Gusau, Madawaki tayi karatun firamare a makarantar Firamare ta Sarkin Kudu. Ta cigaba zuwa makarantar sakandaren ƴan mata ta gwamnati, da ke Kotarkoshi don karatun sakandaren ta. Tkuma a sami takardar shaidar ilimin Koyarwa ta taraiya wato NCE daga Kwalejin Ilimi na Sakkwato (wacce aka sauya mata suna zuwa Kwalejin Ilimi ta Shehu Shagari). Bayan ta kammala karatun ta a makarantar, ta fara koyarda ilimin halayyar dan adam (educational psychology) a makarantar. Ta samu digiri na biyu a jami'ar Usmanu Danfodio, sannan ta yi digirgir (digiri na uku) a jami'ar Bayero.[3]

Madawaki ita ce mace farfesa ta farko a tsohuwar Jihar Sakkwato, wacce ta kunshi jihohi uku na Najeriya ta yanzu.[4]

Harkar siyasa

Madawaki ta zama kwamishina mai kula da harkokin mata da ci gaban zamantakewa ga gwamnatin Attahiru Bafarawa tsakanin shekarata 1999 - 03. Sauran rawar da ta taka a faɗin jihar sun hada da - shugabar hukumar kula da malamai (2004-07). A bangaren gwamnatin tarayya kuma, an naɗa ta mamba, Kwamitin Fasaha na Shugaban kasa kan Gidaje da Birane Gari tsakanin 2002 da 2004; memba a Kwamitin Fasahar Shugaban Kasa na Tarayya Bankin Mortgage, Abuja (2004 - 2007), kuma memba, Hukumar Kula da Ba da Tallafin Infrastructure, Abuja (2008-2012).[5]

A shekarar 2014, an kuma zaɓe ta a matsayin mai wakiltar jihar Sakkwato a taron kasa baki daya, wani shiri ne na Shugaba Goodluck Jonathan kan samar da mafita mai dorewa kan batutuwan zamantakewar 'yan Najeriya.[1]

A shekarar 2017, ta shirya wata zanga-zangar lumana a jihar Sakkwato wacce ta yi kira ga mace ta zama shugaban kasa a Najeriya tare da matsawa wajen neman ƙarin wakilcin mata a cikin jihar. Wannan ya sa jami'an gwamnati a jihar suka sake jaddada kudurinsu na daidaita jinsi a jihar.

A watan Janairun shekarar 2018, Gwamna Aminu Waziri Tambuwal ya ba ta mukamin kwamishina a fannin ilimin firamare da sakandare na Jihar Sakkwato.[6] A watan Afrilu na shekarar 2018, tare da sauran kwamishinoni 24 a jihar, gwamnati ta sallame ta a wani aiki da gwamnatin ke kira "sake fasaltawa da sake tsara tsarin majalisar ministocin don inganta ayyuka da kuma isar da ayyukan ga jama'ar jihar".[7]

Da take magana a kan batun aure ga mata masu ƙananan shekaru, Madawaki ta bayyana cewa ta fi damuwa da yanayin yadda 'yan matan za su kasance domin ita ma ta yi aure da wuri amma iyayenta sun san darajar ilimi kuma hakan bai hana ta ci gaba ba. A wata hira da Blueprint.ng, Madawaki ta yi tsokaci cewa mayar da mata saniyar ware ta kowane fanni ya kamata a kawar da su daga sararin dan Adam. Ta ci gaba da cewa duk da cewa dokokin addini sun fifita batun hada kan mata, bai kamata mata su kasance a karkashin maza ba, kamar dai a ba su dama iri ɗaya a wasu fannoni na rayuwa, watakila ma sun fi na maza aiki. Ta yi tir da nuna kabilanci da nuna fifiko a fagen siyasa da zamantakewar Najeriya kamar yadda ita ma ke da alhakin rabe-raben mata a Najeriya.[3]
