Dutsen Zuma yana da tsayi sosai bisa ma'aunin yanayin Najeriya. Ya fi gidan NECOM da tsayi sau huɗu (mafi tsayin gini a Legas, tun a shekarar 1979), kuma ya fi Dutsen Aso da Dutsen Olumo a hade.[8]
