Upma
Upma, uppumavu, ko uppittu abinci ne mai kauri da ake yi daga busashhen semolina ko kuma garin shinkafa mai kauri.[1] Upma sanannen girke-girke ne na kudancin Indiya, ta samo asali ne daga Indiya, wanda mutanen Kerala suka fi ci, da Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtrian, da kuma Sri Lankan Tamil dish.
