Alkali Rahila Hadea Cudjoe OFR (an haife ta a ranar 6 ga Oktoba, shekara ta 1948) ‘yar Najeriya ce, lauya mai ritayar kuma tsohuwar babbar alkalin jihar Kaduna. Ita ce shugabar alƙali mace ta farko a jihar Kaduna kuma ta yi aiki daga shekara ta 1996 zuwa 2014.[1] Ita ce kuma mace ta farko Lauya a Jihar Arewa maso Yamma sannan kuma ta zama mace ta farko da ta zama mai daftarin doka a jihar Kaduna.[2][3]

An haifi Jastis Rahila a Zaria, Jihar Kaduna, a shekarar 1948. Ta yi makarantar sakandaren ta mata da ke Kaduna (Our Ladies High School) da Kwalejin ’yan mata na gwamnati da ke Dala, Kano kafin ta samu gurbin karatun lauya a Jami’ar Ahmadu Bello da ke Zariya. Daga nan sai aka kira Rahila zuwa Lauyoyin Najeriya a 1973.[2]

Rahila ta fara aikinta na shari’a a matsayin Lauya a ma’aikatar shari’a ta jihar Kaduna. A shekarar 1979 aka nada ta Ma'aikatar Shari'a ta Kaduna kuma mai ba da shawara a Majalisar Dokoki na Jihar Kaduna. A shekarar 1983 aka nada ta alkali a babbar kotun jihar Kaduna.[4] A karkashin gwamnatin tsohon Gwamna Lawal Kaita na Jihar Kaduna, an nada Rahila a matsayin Babbar Alkalin Jihar. Ta shahara wajen jagorantar hukumar binciken tarzoma ta jihar Kaduna a Zango-Kataf (Kasuwa) a shekarar 1992.[2][5]
