Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu malamin addinin Musulunci ne, Babban Limami a kasar Ghana, memba na Majalisar Zaman Lafiya ta Kasa kuma wanda ya kafa kamfanin SONSETFund da IPASEC.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu haifaffen Nuhu Sharubutu da Hajja A'ishatu Abbass a garin Accra Cow-lane an haifeshi ne a cikin watan Afrilu na shekara ta alif dari Tara da sha tara 1919.[7][8]

Osmanu ya fara karatunshi a gida daga mahaifinsa da rana sannan tare da mahaifiyarsa da daddare.[9] Osman mahaifinsa ne ya tura shi zuwa wani sabon yanayin ilmantarwa bayan ya ga sadaukarwa ga littattafai da ilmi. An dauke shi zuwa Kumasi kuma can ya zama wurin karatun sa. Abdullah Dan Tano ne ya karantar dashi. Ya shiga cikin Nahawun Larabci, Adabin Larabci da Rubutu, Fikihun Musulunci da Hadisai.[10]

Bayan karatunsa a Kumasi, ya ba da lokacinsa wajen koyar da matasa musulmai masu son zama masu tunani da ilimi na Musulunci. Osman ya ci gaba da neman ilimi har ma a matsayinsa na malami kansa.[8]

A cikin shekara ta alif dari Tara da saba'in da hudu shekarar alif dubu daya da dari tara da saba'in da hudu 1974, an nada Osman a matsayin Mataimakin Babban Limamin yankin na Ghana bayan tattaunawar tsakanin masana addinin Musulunci da sauransu.[8]

Nadin nasa anyi shi ne duba da irin kwazo da yake da shi wajen karantar da addinin Musulunci. Ya yi watsi da tayin da aka yi masa amma wasu shugabannin Musulmai suka tilasta shi ba shi tunani.[10]

A shekara ta alif dari tara da casa'in da uku shekarar 1993, an nada shi Babban Limamin kasar Ghana na Al'ummomin Musulmai a kasar ta Ghana.[10]
