Nemat Sadat (an haife shi a shekara ta 1979), ɗan jarida ɗan ƙasar Afganistan ne, marubuci, ɗan rajin kare hakkin ɗan adam, kuma tsohon farfesa a fannin kimiyyar siyasa a Jami'ar Amirka ta Afganistan.
