Muhammad Mumuni
Muhammad Mumuni (an haife shi a ranar 28 ga watan Yulin shekara ta 1949) lauya ne kuma ɗan siyasa na ƙasar Ghana.[1] An sake zabarsa a Majalisar dokoki Ghana a cikin Babban Zabe na 7 ga Disamba 2012, lokacin da ya lashe kujerar Kumbungu . Mumuni ya bar majalisa a shekara ta 2004 lokacin da ya zama mataimakin shugaban kasa na John Atta Mills'.[2]

Ya sami karatun sakandare a Makarantar Sakandare ta Tamale daga 1962 zuwa 1969. Ya ci gaba zuwa Jami'ar Ghana don LL.B (Hons) . A watan Oktoba na shekara ta 1975, ya sami digiri na lauya a Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana.[3]

Ya kuma kasance Majalisa na Gundumar tare da Ayyukan Shari'a na Ghana tsakanin 1977 da 1980. A shekara ta 1979, ya yi aiki a Hukumar Gudanar da Karamar Hukumar da aka kafa a karkashin kundin tsarin mulkin Jamhuriyar Republican na Uku don rarraba albarkatun ci gaba ga gundumar da kananan hukumomi a Ghana.
A shekara ta 1980, ya zama wanda ya kafa kuma babban abokin tarayya a Yelinzo Law Chambers, wani kamfani mai zaman kansa a Tamale a yankin Arewacin Ghana. Ya rike wannan mukamin har zuwa shekara ta 1997. Tsakanin 1980 da 1982, ya kasance Shugaban Majalisar Gundumar Yammacin Dagomba . Ya kasance babban sakataren ACP / EU a shekarar 2013 . [4][5] Ya kuma kasance memba na Kwamitin Gudanarwa na Ƙungiyar Ma'aikata ta Duniya (ILO) a Geneva, Switzerland a cikin shekara ta 1999 zuwa 2001 wanda shi ne Shugaban Taron 87 na Taron Ma'aikata na Duniya.[5]
Shi ne wanda ya kafa kuma shugaban Bonzali Rural Bank Ltd daga 1990 zuwa 1995.[5]
A cikin shekara ta 1994 zuwa 1997, ya kasance shugaban kwamitin daraktocin kungiyar Amasachina Self-help Association wata kungiya mai zaman kanta da ke da niyyar ayyukan ci gaba a cikin al'ummomi tare da taimakon gudummawa, aikin sa kai da na al'umma.[5]
Mumuni ya kasance Shugaban kasa kuma memba na Ghana Bar Association (Sashe na Arewacin Yankin) daga 1992 zuwa 1996. A shekara ta 1995, an nada shi memba kuma wakilin Yankin Arewa don Hukumar Lands (Yankin Arewa). [5]

A cikin zaben 'yan majalisa na watan Disamba na shekara ta 1996, an zabe shi Dan majalisa (MP) na Mazabar Kumbungu a kan tikitin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya kuma ya riƙe kujerarsa a zaben 'yan majalisar na Disamba na 2000. Ya kasance dan majalisa na wa'adi biyu daga watan Janairun 1997 zuwa Janairun 2001. Ya kuma yi aiki a Gwamnatin NDC ta Jerry Rawlings a matsayin Ministan Ayyuka da Lafiyar Jama'a a lokacin wa'adin na biyu na gwamnatinsa, wanda ya ƙare a watan Janairun shekara ta 2001.Mumuni ta kasance abokin takarar John Atta Mills a zaben shugaban kasar Ghana na shekara ta 2004. A watan Fabrairun shekara ta 2009, Shugaba Mills ya nada shi a matsayin Ministan Harkokin Waje da Haɗin Kai na Yankin, matsayin da ya ci gaba da rike har zuwa 6 ga Janairun shekara da 2013 lokacin da sabon tsarin siyasa ya fara.An ruwaito cewa an zabi Mumuni a matsayin Mataimakin Shugaban majalisa na farko amma ya ki. Duk da haka ya musanta wannan yana mai cewa ba a ba shi tayin ba.
Zaben 2000
gyara sasheAn fara zabar Mumuni a cikin Majalisar Dokoki ta Tikitin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya a lokacin Babban Zabe na Ghana na Disamba 2000 wanda ke wakiltar Mazabar Kumbungu a Yankin Arewacin Ghana . [6] Ya samu kuri'u 12,477 masu inganci da ke wakiltar 60.40%.[7] Mazabarsa ta kasance wani ɓangare na kujeru 16 na majalisa daga cikin kujeru 21 da Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta lashe a wannan zaben na yankin Nlorthern . [6] An zabe shi a kan Alidu Binda Talhai na New Patriotic Party, Iddrisu IDDI na United Ghana Movement Party, Umar M. Hashim na Peoples National Convention Party da Dauda Ibrahim na National Reform Party.[7] Wadannan 'yan takara sun samu kuri'u 3,699, 3,555, 456, 339 da 127 bi da bi. Wadannan sun kasance daidai da 17.90%, 17.20%, 2.20%, 1.60% da 0.60% bi da bi na jimlar kuri'un da aka jefa.[7]
