Miyar Otong miya ce ta Najeriya da ake yi a yankin Kudu maso Gabas, tana da farin jini a tsakanin ƙabilar Ibibio/Efik na jihar Cross River. Miyar ita ce makamanciyar Ila alasepo na Yarbawa da 'okwuru' na kabilar Igbo. [1]

Kayan lambu guda uku da ake amfani da su wajen shirya miyar su ne ikong Ubong (ganyen Ugu) da ganyen Uziza da kuma Okra. Ana amfani da nama iri-iri, kifi, crayfish, barkono barkono, Albasa da man dabino wajen dafa miyar Ibibio. [2]
