Ẹ̀bà abinci ne na yau da kullun da ake ci a yankin yammacin Afirka, musamman a Najeriya da wasu sassan Ghana.[1][2] Yarabawa ne ke kiranta da Eba musamman.[3] Abincin kayan lambu ne da aka dafaffen sitaci da aka yi daga busasshiyar garin rogo (manioc), wanda aka fi sani da garri. Yawancin lokaci ana kwatanta tasa a matsayin mai ɗanɗano mai ɗanɗano, ɗanɗano mai kaifi.[4][5][6]

Don yin ẹ̀bà, garin garri (wanda ya kamata a ƙara haɗawa idan ba a riga ya 'lala' ba) ana haɗa shi cikin ruwan zafi kuma a jujjuya shi sosai da ƙarfi tare da spatula na katako har sai ya zama kullu mai ƙarfi, ana iya jujjuya shi cikin ball. Ana iya yin shi da garri iri-iri.[7][8][9]

A cikin shirya èbà, kuna buƙatar shirya garin garri. Samun adadin ruwa akan tukunyar jirgi, ba da damar ruwan yayi zafi sosai. Wasu sun gwammace su motsa garri akan girki yayin da wasu sun fi son shirya a cikin wani kwano daban. Da zarar ruwan ya yi zafi sai ki samu kwano ki zuba ruwan a hankali sai ki zuba garri har sai ya samu gamsuwa ta fuskar kauri. Kuma èbà yana shirye don a ba da shi da zafi.

Ya danganta da nau'in garin garri da ake amfani da shi, Ẹ̀bà na iya bambanta da launi, daga zurfin rawaya zuwa fari. Ana iya samun inuwar rawaya mai haske ta hanyar haɗa man dabino tare da garri yayin shiri. Garri yana da wadatar sitaci da carbohydrate. Yana da nauyi sosai a matsayin abinci da kuma babban abincin 'yan Afirka ta Yamma musamman Najeriya. Yawancin lokaci ana cinye shi da miya da miya da aka yi da yawa, tare da naman sa, kifi kifi ko naman naman naman nama dangane da dandano na mutum.
