Kankana tana da amfani sosai a jikin bil'adama Ɗan'adam wayanda bazasu lissafu ba daga cikin su akwai ƙarawa mutum ruwan jiki, kariya daga ciwon daji (cancer), kariya daga ciwon zuciya, da kuma kuzari da dai sauransu.[1] Haka kuma ƴaƴan Kankana suma suna matuƙar amfani don ko ba'a barsu a baya ba wajen gina ko amfani a jikin bil'adama. Misali suna ƙara kuzari ga maza, suna kuma maganin ciwon suga (diabetes) da dai sauransu.[2] Haka kuma Kankana tanada amfani sosai a wajen mata masu juna biyu (masu ciki).[3] Kankana Kuma tana ƙara gyara fata da sanya fata gautsi da sheƙi.[4] Kankana tana kuma maganin ciwon ƙoda da kuma ƙara lafiyar idanu (ido).[5] Amfanin Kankana sunada yawa basu lissafuwa, saboda haka take da muhimmanci a rayuwar mu ta yau da kullum.[6][7][8]

Amfanin Kankana gyara sashe

Kankana na ɗaya daga cikin kayan gona na marmari da ke da matuƙar amfani ga bil'adama. Kankana wata aba ce mai dauke da ruwa mai zaƙi kuma mai amfani matuƙa ga jikin bil'adama. Masana sun bayyana Kankana da ƴa'ƴan ta mai matuƙar amfani ga rayuwar bil'adama, don sindarai da ke cikinta na Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants, da kuma Calories. Wasu daga cikin alfanun Kankana goma sha biyu su ne:

  1. Kankana na dauke da sinadarin dake samar da kariya da rage barazanar cutar hawan jini ga jikin bil'adama (Hypertension)
  2. Kankana na taimakawa matuka wajen rage yawan kiba da nauyin jiki mai cutar da bil'adama.
  3. Kankana na dauke da sinadarin “Glutathione” wanda ke taimakawa wajen kwarara garkuwar jikin bil'adama.
  4. Kankana na dauke da sinadarin “Lycopene” wanda yake dagargaza kwayoyin cutar daji (Cancer)
  5. Kankana na dauke da sinadarin (Vitamin C) wanda ke da tasiri wajen kashe kwayoyin cutar da ke cikin jinin bil'adama.
  6. Kankana na dauke da sinadarin “Potassium” wanda ke taimaka wa zuciya, koda, Huhu da sauran muhimman sassan jikin bil'adama.
  7. Kankana na samar wa fatan bil'adama kariya daga illolin da haske da tsananin zafin rana.
  8. An bayyana masu shan Kankana da wadanda cutar Asthma za ta yi wuyar kama su saboda sinadarin Vitamin C da Kankana ke da shi (Asthma prevention).
  9. Kankana na taimaka wa jikin bil'adama wajen narkar da abinci cikin tsari.
  10. Kankana na samar da kariya da rage barazanar cutar sugar ko Diabetes.
