Chin chin na Najeriya sanannen abun ciye -ciye ne a Najeriya, an yi shi ne daga haɗin gari, madara da sukari. Akwai wasu sinadarai na zaɓi kamar ƙwai, yin burodi da nutmeg, waɗannan sun dogara sosai akan fifiko

Chin Chin shine soyayyen abun ciye-ciye wanda ake yin sa daga Najeriya. Ana kiranta da achomon a Togo da Benin, achomo a Ghana, da croquette ko Chin Chin a Kamaru.

Yana kama da abun ciye-ciye na Scandinavian klenat, crunchy, donut -kamar gasa ko soyayyen kullu na gari na alkama. Chin chin na iya ƙunsar cowpeas.[1] Mutane da yawa suna gasa shi da ƙasa nutmeg don ƙarin dandano.

Yawanci ana cukuɗa kullu kuma a yanka shi cikin ƙananan murabba'i na inci ɗaya (ko makamancin haka), kimanin kwata na inci, kafin a soya. [2]

Chin Chin ana yin kulli mai ɗauke da gari, sukari, man shanu, da madara. Abubuwan da aka zaɓa sun haɗa da ƙwai, sukari da foda mai yin burodi bisa ga fifikon mutum. Ana yanka kulli zuwa nau'i-nau'i da girma dabam, sa'an nan kuma yawanci a cikin man kayan lambu mai zurfi.
