Mawaƙi Abu Ishaq Ibrahim al-Kanemi an haife shi a garin Bilma a cikin karni na 12.

Keɓewar Bilma ya sanya ta zama matattarar jami'an kunya a ƙarƙashin mulkin kama-karya Seyni Kountché, kuma gwamnati ta gina kurkuku a can.
