Alhaji Aliu Mahama (an haife shi ranar 3 ga watan Maris ɗin shekarar 1946 – ya mutu a ranar 16 ga watan Nuwamba shekarar 2012) injiniya ne kuma ɗan siyasa ɗan ƙasar Ghana wanda ya kasance Mataimakin Shugaban ƙasar ta Ghana daga ranar 7 ga watan Janairun shekarar 2001 zuwa ranar 7 ga watan Janairun shekara ta 2009.
