Alhaji Abubakar Musa dan siyasan Najeriya ne wanda aka zaɓa a kan tsarin Jam’iyyar na ƙasa (NRC) a matsayin Gwamnan Jihar Kebbi, Najeriya, yana riƙe da muƙamin tsakanin Janairun shekarar (1992) da kuma Nuwamban shekarata (1993) a lokacin Jamhuriya ta Uku ta Najeriya.[1][2][3][4]

Kafin ya shiga siyasa, Musa ya kasance Daraktan Kwastam. An zargi Musa da yin lalata da akwatunan zaɓe a zaɓukan Disambar a shekara ta (1991) to amma lokacin da su ka yi shi hakika yana kasashen waje yana jinya. A watan Yulin shekarar (1993) ya kafa dokar kafa Kwalejin Ilimi ta Jihar Kebbi, yanzu ta zama kwalejin ilimi ta Adamu Augie.

A watan Yunin shekara ta (2002) ya kuma kasance ma'ajin ƙasa na sabuwar National Democratic Party (NDP). Ya kasance ɗan takarar da zai zama a jami'yar People Democratic Party (PDP) na gwamna a zaɓen shekara ta (2003). A watan Janairun shekara ( 2003) ya kasance a wurin wani taro inda Gwamnan Kebbi Muhammad Adamu Aliero ya bayyana aniyarsa ta sake tsayawa takara a watan Afrilun shekara (2003) a dandalin All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP).
