Abdul Karim Disu (10 ga Oktoba, 1912 – 2000) ɗan jarida ne, ɗan Najeriya, ɗan Najeriya na farko da ya sami digiri na biyu a fannin aikin Jarida lokacin da ya halarci Jami’ar Columbia a shekara ta 1944. [1] Disu ɗan asalin Isale-Eko, Legas ne, kuma babban aminin Nnamdi Azikiwe ne, shugaban farko na Najeriya.

Ya halarci Kwalejin King da ke Legas kuma ya kammala karatunsa a shekarar 1931. A shekara ta 1943, ya karanci B.A. a fannin aikin jarida daga Jami'ar Winsconsin, ya sami digiri na biyu (M.Sc.), a aikin Jarida a Jami'ar Columbia.

Ya yi aiki a matsayin magatakarda tare da sojojin ruwa na Najeriya a tsohuwar ma'aikatar ruwa daga 1931-1938. Ya kuma yi aiki a Sashen Sakatariyar Majalisar Dinkin Duniya daga 1947-1948 kuma ya zama Mataimakin Editan Matukin Jirgin Ruwa na Yammacin Afirka a shekara ta 1955.[2]

Bayan ya yi aikin matukin jirgi, ya zama Babban Manaja kuma Shugaban Hukumar Watsa Labarai ta Gabashin Najeriya. A shekarar 1960 ya zama Sakataren Yaɗa Labarai na Gwamnan-Janar na Najeriya. Ya samu muƙamin Babban Sakatare na Gwamna Janar a 1961 kuma yana riƙe da muƙamin har zuwa 1963. A shekarar 1963 ya zama sakataren shugaban tarayyar Najeriya. A shekarar 1968 ne aka naɗa shi Jami’in Hulda da Jama’a a Hukumar Kula da Gyaran Kasa ta Gwamnatin Soja ta Kasa, har wayau ya cigaba da riƙe muƙamin har zuwa lokacin da ya yi ritaya a shekarar 1971.

Bayan ya yi ritaya, an naɗa shi mamban hukuma a wasu kamfanoni masu zaman kansu har zuwa rasuwarsa.

Ya samu lambar yabo ta Post Humous saboda "Ba da Kai da Hidima ga Kungiyar Zuriyar Isale Eko" ta ƙungiyar Isale Eko a ranar Isale Eko a watan Disamba 2019.

Ya auri Nnewi mai suna Rose Asomugha daga jihar Anambra, sannan kuma tsohuwar ‘yar jarida, Cif Melie Chukelu Kafu Ajuluchukwu (1924-2003).[3]

Ya mutu a 2000 kuma matarsa, Rose Asomugha, ta mutu bayan sa a shekara ta 2003.[3]
