Wadel Abdelkader Kamougué (an haife shi ranar 20 ga watan Mayu, 1939 - ya rasu ranar 9 ga watan Mayu, 2011) ɗan siyasan ƙasar Chadi ne kuma hafsan soja. [1] Kamougué babban jigo ne a juyin mulkin a shekarar 1975 kuma daga baya ya rike mukamai da yawa a cikin gwamnatin Chadi da majalisar dokoki. Ya kasance Mataimakin Shugaban Kasar Chadi daga 1979 zuwa 1982 ya kuma taɓa rike mukamin Shugaban Majalisar Kasa daga shekarun 1997 zuwa 2002. Kamougué ya kuma kasance shugaban kungiyar siyasa ta Union for Renewal and Democracy (URD), kuma an taɓa naɗa shi a matsayin Ministan Tsaro na kasa a watan Afrilun 2008.

An haife shi a garin Bitam, Gabon, kuma ɗan shiyyar kudanci ne na yankin Logone Oriental a Chadi. A matsayinsa na karamin hafsa yana daya daga cikin manyan shugabannin sojoji (wanda wasu majiyoyi [2] suna masa kallon shi ne "shugaban" juyin mulkin da ya kifar da shugaban kasar Chadi Ngarta Tombalbaye wanda aka kashe a ranar 13 ga watan Afrilun shekarar 1975. Ya kasance Ministan Harkokin Waje daga 1975 zuwa 1978 da kuma memba na Majalisar Soja mafi girma ( Conseil supérieur militaire, CSM) a karkashin Shugaban Jiha Félix Malloum. Daga baya Kamougué ya zama Mataimakin Shugaban kasa a cikin Gwamnatin rikon kwarya ta Hadin Kan Kasa (GUNT) lokacin da Goukouni Oueddei ya zama Shugaba a ranar 10 ga watan Nuwamban, 1979, yana kan wannan matsayin har sai da magoya bayan Hissène Habré suka kifar da GUNT lokacin da suka kame N'Djamena a ranar 7 ga watan Yunin, 1982.
