Tunji Olaopa, (an haife shi ranar 20 ga watan Disamba, 1959) a Aáwé, Jihar Oyo. Masanin kimiyyar siyasa ne na Najeriya kuma mai kula da al'umma. Shi ne Babban Mataimakin Shugaban Makarantar Gwamnati da Harkokin Jama'a na Ibadan, Bodija, Ibadan kuma Farfesa a Jami'ar Lead City University, Ibadan, Jihar Oyo.[1][2]

An haifi Tunji Olaopa ga dangin Festus Adeyemo Olaopa da Beatrice Okebola Yayin da Olaopa a Aáwé, Jihar Oyo, Najeriya a ranar 20 ga Disamba, 1959.[3] Iyalin sun kasance na matsakaitan aji.[4]

Olaopa ya sami digiri na farko (BSc) a Kimiyyar Siyasa daga Jami'ar Ibadan, Jihar Oyo a 1984 da digiri na biyu (MSc) a shekarar 1987 daga wannan jami'a. Ya sami digirin digirgir (PhD) a fannin Gudanar da Jama'a daga Jami'ar (Open University, United Kingdom) a shekarar 2006.[5][6][7]

Olaopa shi ne Babban Jami’in Bincike, Nazarin Siyasa da Marubucin Jawabi a Fadar Shugaban Kasa, Abuja. Ya kuma kasance Mataimakin Darakta/Sakataren (White Paper Panel) na Najeriya Ayida Public Service na 1995 inda ya ɗauki nauyin aiwatar da garambawul. Ya kuma kasance Ko'odinetan, Binciken Ɓangaren Ilimi da Shugaban Sashen Siyasa, Ofishin Ministan a Ma’aikatar Ilimi ta Tarayya. Ya kasance Mataimakin Darakta / Shugaban, Sakatariyar Fasaha, Ƙungiyar Dabarun Gyarawa, Ofishin Sabis na Gudanarwa. Ya kuma kasance Daraktan tsare-tsare a ofishin sake fasalin ma’aikatan gwamnati. Har ila yau, Olaopa ya kasance mataimaki na musamman kan garambawul ga shugaban ma'aikatan Najeriya na ma'aikatan gwamnati. Har ila yau, ya kasance Daraktan Sashen Haɗin kai & Gyarawa a Ofishin Shugaban Ma’aikatan Gwamnatin Tarayya; da kuma Daraktan, Sashen MDAs, Ofishin Gyaran Ayyukan Jama'a. Ya kai matsayin babban sakatare a ma’aikatan gwamnatin Najeriya, ya kuma yi aiki a fadar gwamnati da ke Abuja; Ma'aikatar Kwadago da Samar da Samfura ta Tarayya, Ma'aikatar Raya Matasa ta Tarayya, kafin a kare a Ma'aikatar Fasaha ta Tarayya.[5][8]

Ya kafa makarantar gwamnati da manufofin gwamnati a Ibadan a shekarar 2016 bayan ya yi ritaya daga aikin gwamnati.[9][10]
