Seidu Al-Hassan masanin tattalin arzikin fannin gona ne na kasar Ghana, kuma mataimakin shugaban Jami'ar Development Studies a Tamale, Yankin Arewa, Ghana. [1][2] Ya ɗauki matsayin mataimakin shugaban majalisa a ranar 1 ga watan Satumba 2022.[3]

Al-Hassan ya fito ne daga Jisonaayili, wani yanki na Tamale, kuma ya yi karatu a Makarantar Kasuwanci ta Arewa.[4] Ya yi karatun tattalin arziki a Jami'ar Cape Coast (1989-1993) kuma yana da digiri na biyu (1994-1996) da PhD (2004) daga Jami'ar Ghana.[3]
