Ngozi Eucharia Uche (an haife ta 18 ga Yuni 1973 a Mbaise, Jihar Imo, Nijeriya) tsohuwar ’yar kwallon kafa ce kuma tsohuwar mai horar da kungiyar kwallon kafa ta mata ta Najeriya. Uche ya girma ne a Owerri, Najeriya.[1][2]

Na farko a cikin yara biyar, an tashe ta a cikin matsakaicin aji. Ta halarci makarantar sakandaren Egbu Girls, Owerri kafin ta tafi Jami’ar jihar Delta. Yayinda take makarantar sakandare, Uche ta fara wasan ƙwallon ƙafa. Daga baya ta taka leda a kungiyar Super Falcons ta kasa, kuma ta zama kociyan mata na farko. A shekara ta 2010, ta zama mace ta farko da ta fara horar da mata da ta lashe lambar zakaran mata na Afirka.[3] An kore ta ne a watan Oktoba na shekarar 2011 bayan da Najeriya ta kasa samun gurbin zuwa gasar Olympics ta bazara a 2012.[4]

FIFA ta gargadi Uche saboda kalaman da ta yi a lokacin gasar cin kofin duniya ta mata ta FIFA a shekarar 2011, in da ta kira luwadi wani "datti batun" kuma "ba shi da kyau a ruhaniya".[5][6]
