Miyar Atama
Miyan Atama ko Amme-Eddi kuma ana kiranta da Miyar Banga a pidgin Turanci (Turanci na Najeriya). Wani irin miyar dabino ce da ta samo asali daga mutanen Efik na jihar Cross River, Urhobo da kuma mutanen Isoko na jihar Delta a Kudancin Najeriya. [1] [2] Abinci ne da ya shahara a tsakanin jihohin Delta, Cross River da kuma jihar Akwa Ibom a Najeriya. Al'ummar Urhobo na jihar Delta suna kiranta Amme-edi ko miya Banga (banga kasancewar kalmar turanci ta Najeriya da turanci). Ana shirya shi da zaɓin furotin kamar sabon nama ko busassun nama (mafi yawancin naman daji), busasshen kifi, kifi sabo da wani lokacin jatan lande, periwinkle azaman ƙarin sunadaran don ƙarin daɗin ɗanɗano. [5] [6] [7] Sinadaran: farko sinadaran da aka samo daga dabino, gishiri da barkono da kayan abinci na biyu waɗanda aka yanke shawarar dangane da fifikon mai dafa abinci su ne albasa, gishiri, barkono (nau'in barkono daban-daban ana so) da kuma nau'ikan kayan yaji daban-daban. ƙara dangane da mai dafa abinci da aka fi so ko ɗanɗano da ake so.
