Miyar Afang

Kayan lambu da ke da alaƙa da asali daga Kudancin Kudancin Najeriya galibi ana cin su da sitaci.

Miyar Afang miyar kayan lambu ce da ta samo asali daga mutanen Ibibio na Akwa Ibom a Kudancin Najeriya. Suna raba wannan miya a maƙwabtansu mutanen Efik na Calabar, Cross River.[1][2] Abinci ne da 'yan Najeriya suka fi sani da shi da kuma wasu sassan Afirka. Ya shahara musamman a tsakanin Ibibio da mutanen Anang na Akwa Ibom. Efik na jihar Cross River sun ɗauki wannan abincin a matsayin wani ɓangare na al'adunsu.[3] Ana yin ta ne a gida da ma wasu lokuta a shagulgula kamar bukukuwan aure, maulidi, binnewa, biki da sauransu galibi a yankin kudancin Najeriya.[4] Miyar Afang tana da gina jiki sosai kuma farashin shirye-shiryen na iya daidaitawa bisa buƙatun iyali.
