MANCOSA tana ba da shirye-shirye don Gudanar da Kasuwanci, kasuwanci, gudanar da aiki da jagoranci. Yana ba da takaddun shaida daga takaddun shaidar zuwa digiri na biyu. Tare da dalibai sama da 10,000 a halin yanzu da aka yi rajista, yana daya daga cikin manyan masu samar da shirye-shiryen gudanarwa ta hanyar tallafawa ilmantarwa mai nisa a Kudancin Afirka.

A shekara ta 2002 ta sami Cikakken Takaddun Ma'aikata daga Kwamitin Ingancin Ilimi (HEQC), kwamitin tabbatar da inganci na Majalisar kan Ilimi Mafi Girma (CHE); shirye-shiryenta suna yin rajista a kan Tsarin Kwarewar Kasa na Hukumar Afirka ta Kudu (NQF). [2] A cikin 2017 MANCOSA ta shiga Jami'o'in Honoris United tare da cibiyoyin ilimi a ƙasashen Tunisiya (IMSET, ESPRIT), Morocco (EMSI), Mauritius (Honoris Educational Network), Afirka ta Kudu (Regent Business School), Zimbabwe, da Zambia.[3]
