Joseph Osei Owusu
Joseph Osei-Owusu (an haife shi 22 ga Janairu 1962, a Bekwai) lauya ɗan Ghana ne, kuma ɗan siyasa. Shi ne mataimakin shugaban majalisar dokoki ta 8 ta jamhuriya ta 4 ta farko sannan kuma dan majalisar wakilai mai wakiltar mazabar Bekwai a majalisar dokokin Ghana.[1][2][3]
Rayuwar farko da ilimi
gyara sasheAn haifi Osei-Owusu a ranar 22 ga Janairun 1962 ya yi karatunsa na farko a garinsu, Bekwai.[4] Ya yi karatun sakandaren sa na O-Level a Makarantar Sakandare ta Juaben a Juaben a yankin Ashanti a 1981. A cikin 1983, ya kuma sami digirinsa na A-Level a makarantar sakandare ta Wenchi. Daga nan ya ci gaba da samun digiri na farko na Arts (BA) Classics da Law daga Jami'ar Ghana a 1987, Barrister of Law (BL) daga Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana a 1989 sannan ya yi digiri na biyu a fannin mulki da jagoranci daga Jami'ar Ghana. Cibiyar Gudanarwa da Gudanar da Jama'a ta Ghana (GIMPA) a cikin 2007.[4][5]
Aiki
gyara sasheOsei-Owusu ya yi aiki a matsayin lauya na tsawon shekaru 29 a Ghana bayan an kira shi lauya a shekarar 1990. Ya fara aikinsa a chambers of Yaw Barimah & Co sannan ya koma George Sarpong Legal Services inda daga baya ya tashi ya zama Mataimakin Shugaban Hukumar Zauren. Daga baya ya zama babban jami’in gudanarwa (Shugaba) na hukumar ba da lasisin tuki da ababen hawa (DVLA) mukamin siyasa da ya samu a lokacin John Agyekum Kufour.[6]

gyara sasheAn zabe shi mataimakin shugaban majalisar dokoki ta 7 ta jamhuriya ta 4 ta daya kuma aka sake zabe shi a matsayin dan majalisa ta 8. Ya fara zama dan majalisa a shekara ta 2009, bayan an zabe shi da kashi 86.06% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada.[7]
