Jarida
Jarida bugu ne na lokaci-lokaci mai ɗauke da rubutattun bayanai game da abubuwan da ke faruwa a yau kuma galibi ana buga su da tawada baki tare da fari ko launin toka.[1]

Jaridu na iya rufe fannoni daban-daban kamar siyasa, kasuwanci, wasanni da fasaha, kuma sau da yawa sun haɗa da kayan kamar ginshiƙan ra'ayi, hasashen yanayi, sake dubawa na sabis na gida, abubuwan tunawa, sanarwar haihuwa, kalmomin wucewa, zane-zanen edita, zane mai ban dariya, da shawarar ginshiƙai.
Yawancin jaridu kasuwanci ne, kuma suna biyan kuɗin su tare da cakuda kudaden shiga na biyan kuɗi, tallace-tallacen jaridu, da kudaden talla. Kungiyoyin aikin jarida da ke buga jaridu su kansu galibi ana kiransu jaridu.
Ana buga jaridu a al'ada a cikin bugawa (yawanci akan arha, takarda mai ƙarancin daraja da ake kira buga labarai). Duk da haka, a yau yawancin jaridu kuma ana buga su a gidajen yanar gizo a matsayin jaridu na kan layi, kuma wasu sun yi watsi da nau'in buga su gaba ɗaya.
