Hukumar Kwastan ta Najeriya (NCS) hukuma ce ta gwamnati dake ƙarƙashin kulawar ma'aikatar tsaro ta Najeriya, wacce ke da alhakin bincike da kula da kayayyakin shiga da fice a Najeriya, da Ɗaukaka harkokin kasuwanci na kasa da na waje da kuma ayyukan, da kawo cigaba a bodocin kasa da kuma hana fasa-kauri watau shigo da kayayyaki ta Hanyar da bai hallataba.

NCS din yana shugabanta ne ta babban kwanturola janar, wanda ke lura da aikin mataimakan kwanturola janar shida a sassan da ke tafe:

  • Sabis na Tallafawa Na Kamfanin;
  • Darajar haraji & Kasuwanci;
  • Aiwatarwa, Bincike, da Dubawa;
  • Zamani, Bincike da Alakar Tattalin Arziƙi;
  • Haraji, Industrialwarewar Masana'antu da Yankin Kasuwancin Kyauta;
  • Haɓaka Resoan Adam.[1]

Kwamitin na NCS yana ƙarƙashin jagorancin ministan kudi, yayin da mataimakin shugaban kwamitin shi ne Col. Hameed Ali, babban kwanturolan hukumar ne wanda ba ma’aikacin Kwastam ba ne, amma Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ne ya naɗa shi da nufin kawo sauyi da kuma sake fasalin hukumar. [2]

Hukumomin Amurka sun zargi reshen kamfanin na Shell Nigerian Exploration and Production Co Ltd. da laifin bai wa jami'an kwastan na Amurka dala miliyan 3.5 don su yi saurin sarrafa kayan aikin da ake bukata don yankin Bonga. A wajen ƙarar FCPA, akwai misalai da yawa na 'yan kasuwar Najeriya na yau da kullun da aka bukaci su ba da cin hanci ga jami'an kwastan domin samun saukin shigar da kayansu.[12][13]
