Collins Dauda
Collins Dauda (an haife shi 13 Fabrairu shekara ta alif ɗari tara da hamsin da bakwai 1957A.c)[1] malami ne, ɗan siyasa, tsohon Ministan ƙasa da albarkatun ƙasa na Ghana; da Albarkatun Ruwa, Ayyuka da Gidaje.
Rayuwar farko da ilimi
gyara sasheAn haifi Collins Dauda a ranar 13 ga Fabrairu 1957 a Mehame a yankin Ahafo (tsohon yankin Brong Ahafo).[1][2][3] Ya fito daga Mehame a yankin Brong-Ahafo na Ghana.[4][2] Iyayensa su ne Issaka Naaba da Mariama Issah.[5] Ya yi karatun sakandare a Mim Senior High School inda ya sami digiri na GCE na yau da kullun da na GCE Advanced Level tsakanin 1973 zuwa 1981.[6]
Aiki
gyara sasheDauda ya koyar a babbar makarantar sakandare ta noma ta Kukuom daga 1985.[5] A shekarar 1986 ya shiga aikin koyarwa a babbar makarantar Ahafoman inda ya ci gaba da koyarwa har zuwa 1992.[5]
Siyasa
gyara sasheDauda ya zama dan majalisar gundumar Asutifi tsakanin 1978 zuwa 1981.[5] Ya kasance dan majalisar tuntuba,[5] wanda ya tsara kundin tsarin mulkin Ghana na shekarar 1992 tsakanin 1991 zuwa 1992. An zabe shi a matsayin dan majalisa na farko a zaben 1992 a kan tikitin jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress wanda ya sa ya zama dan majalisa na farko na Asutifi ta Kudu a jamhuriya ta hudu. Ya sake lashe wa'adi na biyu a zaben 'yan majalisa na 1996. Sai dai ya rasa kujerarsa a zaben 'yan majalisar dokokin kasar a shekara ta 2000 saboda zargin cewa ya yi amfani da sihiri wajen kashe abokin hamayyarsa Farfesa Gyan-Amoah kwana guda gabanin babban zaben kasar.[7] Sai dai ya sake samun kujerar a shekarar 2004.[8] Ya ci gaba da rike kujerar daga majalisar wakilai ta 4 zuwa ta 7 ta jamhuriya ta hudu. A shekarun 2002 da 2004 lokacin da ba ya cikin majalisa, ya kasance shugaban yanki na jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress (NDC) a yankin Brong Ahafo. Daga watan Fabrairun 2009 zuwa 2016, an nada Collins Dauda ministan filaye da ma’adanai sannan aka canza shi zuwa ma’aikatar albarkatun ruwa, ayyuka da gidaje. Ya kuma kasance mataimakin shugaban kwamitin filaye da gandun daji tsakanin 1994 zuwa 1996. Daga baya ya zama shugaban wannan kwamiti tsakanin 1997 zuwa 2000 sannan kuma ya zama memba a kwamitin kudi da matasa, wasanni da al'adu.[9]

Don haka ya wakilci mazabar a majalisa ta 4 a jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana. Ya yi nasara akan tikitin jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress.[8] Mazabarsa wani bangare ne na kujeru 10 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 24 da jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress ta samu a wancan zaben na yankin Brong Ahafo.[10][11] Al’ummar mazabar Asutifi ta Kudu sun ga ‘yar riga da rigar riga da masu zabe suka kada kuri’a a zaben yayin da dan takarar shugaban kasa da ‘yan mazabar suka zaba shi ne John Kufour na babbar jam’iyyar adawa ta New Patriotic Party.[8] Jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress ta lashe kujeru 94 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 230.[10] An zabi Dauda ne da kuri’u 9,668 daga cikin 18700 masu inganci da aka kada, kwatankwacin kashi 51.70% na yawan kuri’un da aka kada.[8][12] An zabe shi a kan Thomas Broni na New Patriotic Party, Nana Nsiah Ababio Williams Cosmus na babban taron jama'a da Adu Adjei Augustine na jam'iyyar Convention People's Party. Waɗannan sun sami kashi 46.90%, 1.20% da 0.30% bi da bi na jimlar ƙuri'un da aka kada.[8][12]
A zaben kasar Ghana na shekarar 2008, an zabi Dauda karo na 4 a matsayin dan majalisar wakilai mai wakiltar mazabar Asutifi ta Kudu. Ya ci gaba da wakiltar mazabar a majalisa ta 5 a jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana. Ya yi nasara akan tikitin jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress.[13] Mazabarsa na daga cikin mafi rinjayen kujeru 114 na majalisar dokoki daga cikin kujeru 230 na zaben.[10] An zabi Dauda ne da kuri’u 10,984 daga cikin 22,032 da aka kada, kwatankwacin kashi 49.85% na yawan kuri’un da aka kada.[13] An zabe shi a kan Yiadom Boakye na New Patriotic Party da Okyere George na Jam'iyyar Democratic People's Party.[13] Wadannan sun samu kashi 49.79% da 0.35% na jimlar kuri'un da aka kada.[13] Al’ummar mazabarsa ne suka sake zabe shi a babban zaben shekarar 2020, domin ya wakilce su a majalisar wakilai ta 8 a jamhuriya ta hudu ta Ghana.

gyara sasheA watan Agustan 2016, Dauda a jawabin da ya yi wa magoya bayan jam’iyyar a Koforidua ya ce sabuwar jam’iyyar adawa ta Patriotic Party ta dade da nuna wariya ga mutanen Zongo don haka ya kamata mu sanar da su cewa ba mu tare da su.[14]
