Alban Bagbin
Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin (an haife shi a ranar 24 ga watan Satumba , Shekara ta alif ɗari tara da hamsin da bakwai ( 1957) ɗan siyasan Ghana ne wanda yake shugaban majalisar dokokin Ghana na yanzu.[1][2][3][4][5] Ya kasance Ministan Lafiya a gwamnatin kasar Ghana daga watan Janairu, shekarar 2012[6] har zuwa watan Fabrairu, shekarar 2013 lokacin da Hanny-Sherry Ayittey ta karbi mukamin. Ya taba zama dan majalisar wakilai mai wakiltar mazabar Nadowli ta Yamma a yankin Upper West Ghana a majalissar dokoki ta 1,2,3,4,5,6 da 7 a jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana.[7] Ya tsaya takarar neman takarar shugaban kasa a jam’iyyar National Democratic Congress a shekarar 2019 amma daga baya ya sha kashi a hannun tsohon shugaban kasa John Dramani Mahama.[8] A ranar 7 ga watan Janairu, shekara ta 2021, aka zaɓi Bagbin Kakakin Majalisa ta 8 na Jamhuriyya ta Hudu.[2][9]
Rayuwar farko da ilimi

Shi ne ɗa na huɗu a cikin yara tara. Shi dan kabilar Dagaaba ne.[10][11] Ya fito ne daga Sombo, yankin Upper West na Ghana. Alban Bagbin ya yi karatu a Sakandaren Wa da Tamale. Ya sami digiri na farko a fannin shari'a da Ingilishi a Jami'ar Ghana a shekara ta, 1980.[12]
Ya wuce Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana da ke Makola a Accra bayan an kira shi mashaya a shekara ta, 1982.[7] Bagbin ya kuma sami digiri na uku a fannin mulki da jagoranci daga Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).[13]
Aiki
gyara sasheBagbin ya yi aiki a matsayin sakataren riko na hukumar kididdiga a ofishin ƙididdiga daga shekara ta alif dari tara da tamanin 1980 zuwa shekara ta alif dari tara da tamanin da biyu 1982.[12] Ya yi aiki a matsayin Manajan Ma'aikata na Kamfanin Otal na Jiha wanda ya ƙunshi Ambasada da Otal ɗin Continental tsakanin shekara ta, 1982 zuwa 1983, kafin ya koma Libya don koyar da Turanci a Tripoli a Makarantar Sakandare ta Suk Juma.[12]
Bayan komawar Bagbin Ghana a shekara ta, 1986, ya shiga Akyem Chambers, wani kamfanin lauyoyi na kwararrun shari'a, masu ba da shawara da notaries.[12] A matsayin lauya, ƙarshe ya tashi ya zama abokin tarayya. Yayin da yake aiki a Okyeman Chambers, tsakanin shekarar, 1989 zuwa 1992, an nada shi a matsayin lauyan waje na gidan sarautar Nii Ngleshie na James Town, Kungiyar Kredit na Ghana (CUA) da wasu kamfanoni masu zaman kansu a Accra.[12]
Bayan ya yi aiki a Okyeman Chambers na tsawon shekaru 7, ya koma daga can a cikin shekarar, 1993 kuma har yau abokin tarayya ne na kamfanin Law Trust, kamfanin lauyoyi na kwararrun lauyoyi, masu ba da shawara da kuma notaries.[12]
Rayuwar siyasa
gyara sasheBagbin memba na National Democratic Congress (NDC) ne. An fara zabe shi a matsayin dan majalisa a lokacin babban zaben Ghana na shekarar, 1992. Ya wakilci mazabar Nadowli ta Yamma a yankin Upper West. A shekarar, 2006, Bagbin ya bayyana aniyarsa ta tsayawa takarar shugaban kasa a shekarar, 2008 a kan tikitin NDC, amma bai taba tsayawa takara ba.[14] Ya zama shugaban masu rinjaye a majalisar dokokin Ghana a shekara ta, 2009.[15]
Bayan garambawul da aka yi a majalisar ministoci a watan Janairun shekara ta, 2010, Shugaba Mills ya nada shi Ministan Albarkatun Ruwa, Ayyuka da Gidaje.[16][17] Ya kuma kasance shugaban masu rinjaye na majalisar dokoki a zamanin mulkin shugaba Mahama, ya gaji Benjamin Kunbuor, wanda aka nada a matsayin ministan tsaro.[18] Ya kuma rike mukamin mataimakin kakakin majalisa na biyu daga watan Janairun shekara ta, 2017 zuwa Janairu 2021.[19]

A cikin shekarar, 1996, Babbin ya lashe kujerar Nadowli North tare da kuri'u 12,605 daga cikin kuri'un 16,485 da aka jefa, wanda ke wakiltar kashi 76.46% akan Lawrence Banyen na NPP wanda ya jefa kuri'u 2,213 wanda ke wakiltar 13.42%, Yuoni Musa Vaalandzeri na PNC ya jefa kuri'u 1,490 wadanda ke wakiltar kashi 9.04% kuma Baslide Kpemaal na NCP ya jefa kuri'u 177 wadanda ke wakiltar 1.07%.[20]
Zaben 2000
A zaben Ghana na shekara ta 2000, Bagbin ya ci gaba da zama dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Nadwoli ta Arewa.[21] Ya lashe zaben ne da kuri'u 9,004 daga cikin kuri'un da aka kada,[21][22] kwatankwacin kashi 58.60 cikin 100 akan Dr. Anleu-Mwine D.B, dan takara mai zaman kansa, Clement Kanfuri Senchi na Peoples National Congress, Ningkpeng Pauline na New Patriotic Party, John Bayon Boniface Wetol, Domayele Marcel Aston na National Reform Party of the United Ghana Movement Party wacce ta samu, kuri'u 2,089, kuri'u 718, kuri'u 145 da kuri'u 0 bi da bi.[21]
Zaben 2004
A shekarar, 2004, gabanin zaben, an raba Nadwoli ta Arewa zuwa mazabu biyu, Nadwoli Yamma da Nadwoli Gabas. An zabi Bagbin a matsayin dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Nadowli ta Yamma a zaben shekarar, 2004.[22][23] An zabe shi da kuri'u 11,296 daga cikin 22,349 jimillar kuri'u masu inganci da aka jefa kwatankwacin kashi 50.5%.[22] An zabe shi a kan Clement K. Senchi na People's National Convention, Daniel Anleu-Mwine Baga na New Patriotic Party, Sasuu Bernard Kabawunu na Convention People's Party, Bisung Edward na Jam'iyyar Democratic People’s Party da Dapilaa Ishak dan takarar ne mai zaman kansa,[22] wanda ya samu kuri'u 625, kuri'u 5,297, kuri'u 152, kuri'u 188, kuri'u 4,791 bi da bi.[22]
Shugaban Majalisar
gyara sasheBagbin shi ne shugaban majalisar dokoki ta 8 a jamhuriyar Ghana ta hudu.[2] An rantsar da shi ne a ranar 7 ga watan Janairun 2021, bayan fafatawar da ta yi da juna, bayan da 'yan majalisar dokokin Ghana suka tsayar da shi takarar neman tikitin takarar jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress.[24] Bagbin ya doke mai ci Mike Oquaye wanda New Patriotic Party ta tsayar domin neman mukamin.[25]
