Abinci da ake yi da busasshen rogo. Ana iya ci a matsayin abun ciye-ciye ko abincin karin kumallo, na dare ko rana

Abacha wani nau'in abinci ne da ya samo asali daga ƙabilar Igbo a kudu maso gabashin Najeriya.[1][2][3]

Abincin Abacha ya shahara a yankin Gabashin Najeriya. Ana yin abincin ne ta hanyar amfani da busasshen rogo, (a yanka ƙanana kamar taliya/ko yadda ake gani hoto na wannan makalar). Ana ci a matsayin abun ciye-ciye ko cikakken abinci. 3. Bayan sai a zuba kayan ƙamshi kamar yankakkun; albasa, barkono, iru, ugba da Yalo.[7]

4. Bayan ya dafu, sai azuba a wuraren cin abinci, aci abincin da ɗan zafi-zafin sa.
