Waake wani abinci ne daga ƙasar Ghana wanda ake yi da haɗin shinkafa da wake. Shi ne ɗaya daga cikin shahararrun abincin ƙasar Ghana, kuma yana da dangantaka da abincin gargajiya na yammacin yankin Afirka. Ana yin sa da wake da aka haɗa da shinkafa, kuma wasu lokuta ana ƙara wasu kayayyakin hadi domin ƙara masa ɗanɗano.[1]
